Stayed for University of Texas graduation weekend. This hotel was expensive for these dates, but so was every other hotel in Austin. We had no hot water for the shower on graduation morning. My wife took a cold shower, but I went to the pool/workout facility and was able to get a hot shower. Management responded promptly, and the hot...

Thank you for your review regarding your stay over UT commencement. I am delighted to discover that you enjoyed many of our amenities, but disappointed to read that you had to use our workout facility to take a hot shower. I have shared your review to further investigate this issue to ensure no other guest has the same experience. We...

A large conference hotel with little to recommend it. Nothing specifically wrong, just lacking any character. Got upgraded to a large room, which was nice, but it was dark no matter how many lights I turned on! Stayed 3 nights and eat in the bar once. Fish taco, which was supposed to be a main but was more like a...

Thank you for your review regarding your recent stay. I am disappointed to discover that your stay was less than exceptional, and lacked the specifics that would have made your stay even better. We are evaluating your concerns to see what we can offer for lighting in rooms and reviewing our restaurant menu offerings. We do hope that if your...

Stayed here for a conference, the facility was nice. It is a distance to anything except a small mall but the hotel is worth the stay. The mattress is a bit hard but the rooms are clean and spacious. Needed FREE WI-fi and a refrigerator in the room would have been nice.

Had the pleasure of a quick one night stay in late May. From the outside the property looks average; but the interior is quite the opposite. They have done a very nice remodel which gives the place a definite contemporary feel. The check in process was very smooth and the staff could not have been more helpful. The tall female...

We had a family event at the hotel, booked months in advance. The front desk was poor, made mistakes about our reservations, not very responsive, did not appear concerned about the errors. The food was good.

I only stayed there for one night but It was totally awesome. The hotel is elegant without being too luxurious. The rooms are really good, very comfortable. Loved it and would definitely recommend it!

As a Rewards member I have stated at many Marriott's over the past 30 years and this one missed the mark completely. It is huge and anonymous. The atrium lobby is a cold tomb. Staff were polite but not particularly friendly. The room was massive but had no refrigerator, no drawers and had a huge area that could have fit...

We were attending our son's college graduation nearby on a Friday night and decided to book a room to use as a gathering point for family driving over from Houston and my wife and I wanted to spend the night instead of driving straight back in the dark after the graduation. The hotel location couldn't have been better, the graduation...

Attended a 300 person conference but was treated like I was the only visitor. My late arrival at the bar was welcomed and dinner brought quickly even though the restaurants were closed for the evening. My Shrimp and Grits order was some of the best I've had. The valet staff were outstanding, not just prompt, but helpful on directions to...

Just stayed here for a conference. The staff was nice but the food was not good at all with one exception. They had a BBQ for us one night outside and the food was really good. Not sure if it was catered or hotel food. The bar staff one night was fantastic. The other nights we couldn't even get served....
