I've stayed here several times and usually enjoy the stay. I recently stayed and none of the staff were in masks and while they did have plexiglass in front of the registers, they came out from behind the plexiglass to explain the contract and give you your keys. So speaking right into your face with no mask. I'm sure they have a "policy" for safety but they're not following it. And both people I was in contact with did the same thing.

very clean lobby a couple staff were very friendly. and prompt when you have questions. the others seem to just be there. the fact that they only bring you clean towels every three days seems a bit long.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was well cleaned, organized and lovely. I would stay here again. My room was non-smoking and it really smelled that way. I always need a hotel that restricts pets because I am highly allergic to dogs and cats.

The building looks brand new but is actually 3+ years old according to the staff. The lobby is inviting and a nice place to hang out as the rooms are tiny - just enough floor space to surround the bed. The rooms and hallways away from the lobby are showing some wear with paint patches and scuffs, but in overall good condition. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We asked for a room at the far end of the hotel away from the freight and commuter rail line that runs adjacent to the property - we did not hear the trains. The breakfast offerings are the usual but were well stocked. We did not partake of the bar or dinner - it looked they did not have many takers. In all - acceptable for the price.

Room and lobby all freshly renovated. Its right next to a railroad so it's a bit loud. Unfortunately the tub is clogged. But pretty good place overall. Love the lobby lights and marble floor. Hit breakfast, wonderful staff
