First, I've we arrived we had to wait at the desk because no one was Manning the desk for check-ins. We get to the room and multiple things are missing, like an ice bucket or cups. I had to call the front desk to get them. The next morning after we decided to go out to get breakfast and hit the local casino, we came back to find that despite our "do not disturb" sign on the door that housekeeping came into the room and while doing what they do, decided that it was okay to throw away all of the food that we had that we were planning on eating later that day, without asking. I called the desk to ask why housekeeping would throw away anything of mine without me asking them to or why they would enter my room with my "do not disturb" sign up.not only do they not seem to care that I had lost about $20 worth of food, but they argued with me about it. Finally he said he'd tell the manager, but nothing ever came from it. When we finally decided to check out, again we had to wait for someone to come to the desk and a line formed behind me. There's nothing wrong with the hotel itself, the beds and pillow were amazing and the rooms were clean, it's just that it seems the staff couldn't care less about the people paying their wages.

Building is reasonably new. Rooms were ample sized and clean. Beds were comfortable. The A/C heating unit that is plugged into the wall apparently operates by a thermostat mounted in the room. We did not realize that and the A/C would turn on. The temp was comfortable enough just left it as we found it. As temp increase or decrease this information needs to be known. Overall a satisfactory experience. Would consider booking hotel again. The continental breakfast was really a grab bag and orange juice inside. Didn't say for breakfast.

A very nice place in a great location. It is near the horse track if you enjoy betting on the points and the casino is but a short drive as well. My room was clean and well laid out. The staff courteous and cheerful. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Seattle area.

The hotel is a reasonable distance from the international airport in Seattle. Front desk staff are excellent really friendly and helpful. We had a king room which had a lovely large bed. Room size was alright but too much furntiture in it and a huge fridge. The power shower was amazing and the toiletries excellent. There was an Applebees bar and grill nearby so not far to go for an evening meal. Definitely recommend a stay at this hotel to break up a journey.

Booked a room here Saturday night due to a weekend working in Auburn. Out of all the local hotels, this one has the best reviews online. HOW?? We should have listened to our instincts when we first walked into the room and it had a funky odor. Mattress was newer but hard as a rock. Bathroom so tiny the door can’t operate with someone on the toilet. 12:08am some kids tried to tried to scan into our room and the card reader beeped back at least 30 times, followed by laughing and running down the hallway. Didn’t notice the train track right outside our side of the building until the horn at 12:35am and every couple hours after. May have updated the decor, but the walls/insulation must still be very thin. Just an overall disappointment considering the whole point of a hotel is to sleep and we were able to get barely any.
