Location was convenient, and staff are very welcoming like any other place in Japan, other than that I was disappointed about every single detail in this hotel, as I couldn't get a power adaptor, and I was really surprised how poor was the breakfast, also my colleagues were suffering from cold temperature in their rooms, overall I don't recommend this... Hotel location is superb, just across the train station and the bus terminal. Bus terminal has an information centre where friendly staff can advise what buses to take to various attractions. Reception hall is spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful, can understand basic English. Our twin bed room is considered spacious in Japan, clean and comfortable. Free Wifi in the... More

A good hotel especially for the breakfast buffet. Tough if you are vegetarian, you would not find many options to eat. Rooms are very small for average Indian. You don't even get a complementary water bottle in the room.

I stayed 2 nights in October 2015 for business reasons at the Crown Hotel in Hamamatsu in central Japan. The walking distance to the bullet train (Shinkansen) is not even 2 minutes, so the location is just great. The breakfast was quite good, with Western-style options to choose from, the place is quiet and the staff is friendly (very friendly... More

The hotel was called Meitetsu previously, if not mistaken. The location is great as it s just about 200m away from bus and train station. The single room was good in size, bed, and sound ventilation. Breakfast was good but lack of variety in my 3 day stay. For the price I paid, ~ USD60, it is a good deal.

You can arrive at Hamamatsu around at 1 pm by train, and check in Hotel without waiting, put your luggages in your room and change to leave for business appointment at 2pm. It is located near Hamanatsu... More

Fantastic location..just 2 min walk to two railway lines, shinkansen station, bus stand, taxi stand. You are in the most happening area in Hamamatsu. Nice rooms with friendly staff.breakfast options are great. I have stayed there quite a few times now. There are some costly hotels nearby but its accessibility makes it most preferred.

It is a good hotel, clean and very friendly staffs. Nice decoration at lobby, good restaurant and breakfast . The negative points are too small rooms , but ok for Japanese style and the bed is soft like a rock, if you sleep side or upside down, you can wake up with strong pain. I recommend this hotel, I stayed... More
