I spent two nights there for business. The location is great, and convenient to walk or run and see the area. The problem for me is that I do not smoke. Even though I had a non-smoking room, the room, hallways, entrance etc. really had a strong smoke odor. The staff was very nice and polite, and the room size...

Stayed there for four nights on a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located with everything one needs in walking distance (however, Kokura is not very big place). The rooms are small (as usual in Japan) but cozy. The breakfast buffet has not a lot of choices, but what they have is good and well-selected. The staff is very nice...

The hotel was comfortable and has a very nice large breakfast buffet included but the hotel is way past it's prime. Bed in room was comfortable- no english TV channels available like some other international hotels, room size was moderate,...

I really love this hotel. The hotel staffs are gentle and kind to help. I can walk from Kurosaki train station conveniently or travel by bus. Beside, There are 7-11 convenient store, AEON Town, Daiki and Edion. If you love shopping, this hotel is a good choice.

The room of this hotel is the old style. But it's clean and not too tidy. They serve the free wifi only at the lobby. Hair dryer is in the bathroom. It far from the train station around 1.2 Kms. But not far from this hotel, there is the 7-11 (5 minutes walking), Aeon (Japan Supermarket) next to the 7-11....

Located less than a mile from the Yahata train station, this Hotel Crown Palais is extremely convenient for those wishing a base of operations in this locale. The rooms are spacious and clean and our rooms included tickets for a breakfast buffet, either Western or Japanese style. The dining view overlooks a very famous historical pathway or road from the...

I booked this hotel because all hotels in Fukuoka were full. The hotel staff went out of their way to make this stay enjoyable. We left something on the train and the hotel staff made arrangements to have item delivered the next day. We also changed our travel plans and departed a night early – no problem they cancelled our...
