Our Hotel was built in 2002 and it is a family business! We have been in the market for 13 years and this experience has learned us how to offer the maximum quality of our services and especially how to maintain this property on it's highest cleaning level. The location and the architecture of our property, makes this hotel the best orientation point for the tourists. The harbor is only 10 feet from the main entrance, the main boulevard where no cars are allowed to pass is in front of our hotel. Also in front of the hotel is situated bar restaurant "Limani",one of the best restaurants with traditional and mediteranean cooking in Saranda. The bus station is only 100 meters behind our hotel, where also in situatet the main road where drives you to the exit of our city and the way to the best beaches of the zone. The port is only 200 meters from our hotel where visitors can get the ferry everyday to visit the wonderfull Island of Corfu and return back the same day. We love what we do and that is why we give everything to this family business!

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's literally just a two-second walk from the seafront, which means you can wake up to gorgeous views and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The hotel is also right off Saranda Boulevard, so you're right in the center of all the action. This is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Despite being so central, the hotel itself felt very peaceful and tranquil. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They were happy to answer any questions I had and even offered some recommendations for things to see and do in the area.

ALL EMBARRASSING! We are a family of 3 people (parents + a boy of 16 years ) arrived in Saranda on 02.09.24 to share on 05.09.2024.
We booked because positively impressed especially by the balcony photography and reviews. We arrived after 9 pm, having travelled 1,200 km and 12 hours. In the Hotel they ask for payment of the stay before the keys are handed over !!!! and then we paid thinking we had an accommodation similar to the one booked on the booking site. "Room for 3 adults overlooking the beach with private balcony etc.."
We stayed at 104. It's a "hotel" structure that offers no service : no swimming pool, no small gym room, no Attraction in the hotel, there is no small garden where you can read, there is no bidet, for the balcony the attached photos I think explain the state of things well, indicate desk but it is an entrance cabinet just over a shoe width, there is no space there is no armchair to sit on. In 3 we could not move..
As for our accommodation everything has been neglected (without a minimum of aesthetic taste) and needs a deep renovation. Bathroom window that opens onto the corridor where guests pass to go to the rooms!!! Soundproofing of the rooms: between the rooms yes, too bad that the noise comes from the windows. Non-existent welcome kit: not even a bottle of fresh water costing less than 1 euro, 3 tubes of something regarding the bathroom. The mini bar has all the marron seal (you don't even want to use it).
I, who can not stay in the sun, had chosen this accommodation to read in the shade on the private balcony. We thought we were the victims of a joke : in addition to all the equipment of the balcony which, in our opinion, cannot be offered to paying people , the balcony is not usable because there is no tent that
allows use by people who are not used to being in the sun all day. No privacy. Please take a look at the proposed gallery and our "real" gallery.
The guest is required to pay but to have the service for which he paid and which was advertised by the property.

The Hotel Porto Eda is right in the centre of the beach front. We paid €40 per night for the two of us. It's walking distance from the Corfu ferry (turn right off the ferry and then along the sea front). It is kept beautifully clean. The reception staff speak some English. No lounge area. There's a lift. If you get the right room, you have a grandstand view of the sea front activities, the old port and the evenings promenades. On the latter - all over Albania, between the hours of about 7pm to 10pm, everybody dresses up and promenades up and down the main streets of the towns with their families or friends, rather as the Edwardians did. There are street stalls that sell a few simple things, mostly each town has a roundabout for the children, or something similar. Nobody gets drunk and it's really charming. In Sarandë, the Promenade takes place along the, er, sea front promenade. The best rooms in the hotel for people watching are on the second or third floors, rooms 205+ or 305+. The rooms have balconies.

We had a great stay at this Hotel one week this summer. If your plan is to try new places and not just stay at the Hotel Pool / Beach all day this is a perfect choice. This Hotel is located right on the beach walk with a small marina outside with boats and fishermen. You are very close to all restaurants and the city beach. The rooms feels clean and classic and has a great sea-view. Maybe there could be done something more cosy with the rooms but that would just be a bonus. Here are some pros & Cons:
Pros:
+ Great location
+Great Value/Price
+Clean and nice rooms.
+Nice staff

Cons:
- Quite loud outside in the evenings (had a violin player outside until 11 everyday)
- The lobby had a very high desk so you never meet a face there if they don't stay up
- Breakfast is very basic

But i would absolutely go back to this Hotel and recommend it to my friends.

Good hotel, friendly staff, some spoke some english. Clean rooms, good airco, clean bathroom, well built, well kept. A pleasure to come back to. We actually stayed longer than planned. Took a bus everyday to Ksamili. There beaches are nicer, water is cleaner and one can swim to several islands. Food in Sarande is not greaat though. All restaurants have the same. Gets boring.

We arrived at 9am from the Corfu ferry and were allowed to check in early which we didn't expect and made for a great first impression. The hotel is a 5 - 10 minute walk along the coast from the ferry port, about 5 minutes down from the bus station and a couple of minutes from the Butrint bus stop. The staff spoke some English and were genuinely warm and attentive.

The hotel is a relatively new building with a gorgeous new-building smell. The [twin] beds were comfortable, the shower had a screen (unusually in Albania!) and our balcony overlooked the harbour where we could watch the small boats bringing in the fish every morning. (Tip: if you suspect you might be the first up in the hotel in the morning let the water run for a few minutes for the hot to kick in). Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Coffee, soft boiled egg and toast made when you arrive and accompanied by Albanian feta cheese, honey, jam and fruit juice.

Hotel Porto Eda is on the seafront, ideally located in the centre of town. We enjoyed delicious pizzas at Pizza Limani on the harbour. People of all ages promenade up and down along the front and the town has a lovely vibe. We slept well every night and weren't disturbed by any noise. We found Porto Eda fantastic value for money and would recommend it over other Saranda hotels we've stayed at.

We arrived after midnight and had no trouble checking in. Rooms are nice- small, clean and fairly basic with great views of the water. Owners speak English, Greek, Italian and possibly a few other languages. Nice little breakfast, extremely friendly with children. Near the ferry to Corfu. Owners even let us park at the hotel while we were in Corfu and kept an eye on our car for us. Excellent stay.

One night stay in this beautiful hotel with a perfect location and nice views. Room was big, especially the bathroom, with a nice balcony. Breakfast buffet was OK, but as our room was above the breakfast space, we were awakened very early by the noise of moving chairs. No chance of sleeping in. Also, no parking space for your own transport.
