Best Restorant in Saranda, friendly staff, very clean, the place is close to the sea and it has a wonderful view from restaurant and pool area. The staff is there to help in every request. Easy to find , and most important, you don’t have problems to park your car.

Nice rooms, very clean and amazing view over the city. The breakfast was very good and the staff really friendly and serviceminded. Good location as well. If there is anything to be better at maybe the staff could know more english, but all in all a good stay!

The hotel is in a good location with beautiful views of the bay and boasts high standards in terms of its facilities. However, the staff’s attitude falls short of what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.
One receptionist, in particular, was not very friendly or helpful, making it seem as if any question was an inconvenience. Upon our arrival shortly before 3 p.m., our room was not ready, even though check-in starts at 1 p.m. Additionally, our room was located next to the laundry area, and from early in the morning, staff would leave the door open, speaking loudly to each other, with no consideration for guests trying to rest—especially those on holiday who might want to sleep after 7 am.
Another frustration was the hotel’s unreliable Wi-Fi. Despite having several networks to connect to, the service was constantly down. While disconnecting can be a positive on holiday, if you're coming from the EU and don’t have roaming, it becomes quite frustrating.
While the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, the service left much to be desired. The morning waiter struggled to communicate and seemed irritated whenever we asked for coffee, which, although included in breakfast, had to be requested since there was no self-service coffee machine. It often took him a long time to bring the coffee, and on multiple occasions, he got the order wrong (e.g., bringing a single espresso when we asked for a double). The limited breakfast hours (just 2 hours) also made it difficult if you planned an early excursion, as many tours start around 8:30 a.m.
Overall, despite the hotel’s attractive appearance and great outdoor pool area, the unfriendly staff spoiled our experience making our holidays feel more frustrating than pleasant. If you're looking for a relaxing and stress-free holiday, this may not be the best option, as the staff's lack of care can be annoying.

It is a nice, high standard hotel with excellent breakfast.
Unfortunately rude staff working there completely spoilt our stay.
When we arrived we had to wait for our room, although we were there within the check-in hours.
One the next day we decided to go on an early bus tour, which was colliding a bit with our breakfast times (the time slot is very short 8-10am).
We asked the receptionist if it would be possible to come and eat 15 min earlier. Some other staff members appeared shortly and they started shouting in Albanian to each other. I believe they were discussing our “unusual” request.
After a few minutes the receptionist turned around and said: “no, it’s from 8”.
The next morning we decided to try our luck and we came to the dinning area 15 min earlier. Although the food was ready and there were no other guests there, the receptionist asked us to leave, showing with her fingers number 8.
It was a very grotesque and unpleasant experience.
The general atmosphere there made us feel like we were intruders. Whenever we approached the receptionist who was talking and smiling with her colleagues, the moment she saw one, her smile was disappearing and she was limiting her answers to 1-2 words.
Every morning during breakfast you could see two older ladies sitting at one of the tables, who were clearly owners or managers. You didn’t need much time to realise that they are controlling the bustling around staff.
Whenever we asked the waiter for a coffee, he ostensively was taking his time walking around and doing other non-urgent things. The coffee was always served with a delay an not a single word!
Additionally, we were put in a room next to a laundry facility. The staff working there was were loud and they were waking us a up every morning before 7am!
I honestly don’t believe in authenticity of any of the reviews here mentioning polite and friendly staff.
We were there for 3 nights and we experienced only rudeness and a very tense atmosphere.

We stayed with our family of five. The accommodations were perfect for us. The hotel, restaurants and pools were perfect for our toddler and two children. The hotel is extremely clean. It is in walking distance from many local attractions. Our family will return here each year for vacation.

We stayed at Hotel Agimi & S for two nights. The room was very spacious, the king sized (pillow-top) bed was luxurious, and the shower was phenomenal. We also had a balcony with a great view of the town and harbour.
Because our stay wasn't during the busy season, there was no breakfast buffet, but our waiters were very helpful and friendly taking our orders. The food took a bit of time to get to us, but we learned later that this was because they didn't have sliced cheese for my order, and so they ran to a nearby grocery store to buy some instead of just telling us they didn't have any!
There were technical difficulties in paying with credit, but they take both Leke and euros, so that wasn't a problem for us. They even offered to drive us to the bus station after we checked out. I would have no reservations at all in highly recommending Hotel Agimi for your stay in Sarande.
