Was there and had supper. They started serving some bread and soup, which the children didn't immediately like and ate. Since many restaurants came with something extra, we ate, but when he brought salad, we asked why we got food that we didn't order. Then they had mistaken us for another dinner party. They got mad and we had to pay for the food they gave us by mistake. Otherwise, good local wine and good food.

My husband and I booked forty rooms for two days in this hotel in July 2014, because we got married in Butrint. Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is newly built, the rooms are quite good and clean. Some of their services though are unreliable. For example, Saimiri, the main receptionist at the front desk was often indifferent, moody and unhelpful. He would not even bother help you book a taxi, and talking to him was always a challenge. Most of our guests were not happy with him. The cleaning ladies were not particularly reliable either. My best friends who had traveled hours to come to our wedding had to sleep in dirty sheets after returning from the wedding party. But the most annoying part is that these ladies woke us up at 10am, the day immediately after our wedding, in order to clean the room because we were checking out. Seriously?? Waking up the newly wed at 10 am? Were there no other rooms to clean first? BTW it was not even check out time yet. Also, there was no wifi in the rooms. The breakfast was ok (average), but the dinner at the restaurant was quite good. The owners were kind and trying to do their best, but my best impression is from a couple of waiters at the bar-restaurant who were super cool and fantastic in helping with some contingencies.(One of them was Albioni and the other was a very young and skinny almost blond guy, but don't remember his name.)

best hotel in Saranda. stayed there for two nights and it was great..does not have the best view in the world but makes up with the combination of price per room and service! 45 usd per night it was a steal for a brand spanking new hotel with super clean and luxury rooms!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had.
1. Is it in front of a building and the promised sea view? Well, you can see a little piece of the sea.
2. When we got to the room, the minibar didn't work, nor did the TV. They fixed the minibar, the TV, they said that Sarandë had no signal, then we went to move it and saw that the antenna was loose, we moved it and the TV worked.
3. And amazingly, the power goes out all the time because the floor's circuit breaker trips, we spent the night without air because we had to get up to turn on the circuit breaker.

Nothing like in the description, pictures heavily photoshopped, directly at a busy street. The „sea view“ means actually that you can see a little bit of sea between the street at buildings in front of it. When you call them they pretend it to bee directly at the sea side which is not true. The pictures of the beach are from a beach of a different hotel. The hotel doesn’t have any beach

+1
-The (female) receptionist was very friendly and helpful!! She really did her best trying to help us!
-Beaches are really close! The hotel provides free vouchers for sunbeds and umbrellas on these beaches. Mango beach was nice.
-the second room was nice, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was comfortable.
-When we first arrived at 14.30, our room wasn’t ready, just wasn’t really a problem though. We got a drink from the hotel to compensate for the wait.
-The first room we got, was old and not properly cleaned. All sorts of things were broken; the toilet seat fell off, the toilet flusher button was missing.. shower door didn’t close properly.. The refrigerator made a lot of noise, and even leaked during the night (we had to pull out the plug because of the noise), and got our stuff wet. Also the walls seem to be really thin, we could hear everything happening around us. The room didn’t look like the pictures on Booking.com at all!!! This was so disappointing. At first, nothing could be done. But the second day we got another room, which actually was a lot better.
-location is far from the centre.
-Service in the restaurant is slow.
-even though the new rooms are comfortable and OK, this cannot be a four-star hotel.

This hotel has misleading photos on booking websites. I really regret booking this place, considering the much better options within a similar price range that are closer to the city. It is quite far away from the centre of town and it is a 700 lek taxi (or 50 lek bus, which comes infrequently) each way to get there. There aren't many restaurants around this part of town.
The beach is actually shared with another place, called Mango Beach and the only free chairs that belong to Blue Sky are at the back of the beach without pillows. The beach is also a 5 minute walk from the hotel and they don't allow you to take hotel towels. So pack a towel if you plan to stay here!
When we arrived at 3pm the room had not been cleaned, nor did we have bath towels or mats. The cleaning lady came into our room several times without knocking trying to communicate that she would bring them. She eventually brought one towel for the two of us with a hole in it.
The bathroom was filthy for the entirety of our stay and the toilet seat was broken. Mildew and scale is built up on everything. There is also a persistent smell of sewerage in the bathroom, regardless of if it has been used. When we arrived someone had opened all of the small hand soaps and scattered them about the place.
The lights in the main bedroom do not completely turn off so that it is quite light at night. There is also a lot of noise from the traffic in the main street.
The wifi is also very slow and constantly dropping out. There is no kettle and you are not allowed to have food of any kind in the room. They do provide a simple hairdryer though.
The one redeeming feature is the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the woman at the desk. They are doing their best with what they have.

My friend and I stayed at the Blue Sky hotel for 10 nights from 23rd July 2013. The hotel is nice and clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. At first we thought it was far from the centre of Sarande, but after a while we found it was nice and quiet to stay at the Blue Sky. The local bus went regularly and the driver and helper were very nice people. The Mango Beach was close by, ok beach if you had bathing shoes. If the breakfast menu was added some brown bread it would have been very good. All in all we were very happy staying at this hotel and the price was incomparable!

Far from the city centre and located in the middle of a constuction site. There is no beach nearby and the unfriendly staff doesnt speak any english. Wifi doesnt work and there was no breakfast or dinner because the cook had "family trouble". The shower drain was clogged and overflooded the bathroom. We left after one night but had to pay for all six nights we had booked. An awful experience!

I experienced the most humiliating encounter at this hotel.. when receptionist actually stopped me in front of lobby full of people to tell me that the cleaning crew has complained about towel being ''extremely'' dirty in my room … after my own investigation, as their accusations very false .. and my insisting on confronting the cleaning person ...I was only told the nest morning that lady is not in today , but she did call to tell them it was not my room ..and that she ''made mistake'' … NEVER going back
