We stayed here during August and really enjoyed it! The central location of the hotel is very convenient you can reach the main promenade, restaurants, bus station and many other attractions in a few minutes walking. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, they offer daily cleaning and daily linens change for free. The breakfast is plenty and fresh. We were more than happy to have a parking space reserved for us everyday in front of the hotel by the receptionist who by the way was very friendly and willing to help with any information you may need about what to do in Saranda and not only! We definitely recommend this hotel!

This small hotel is situated in Sarada's city center an 2 minutes away from the Promenade/Beach. The ferry terminal is less than 10 minutes away.
My room was nice, clean and the bed was comfy to sleep in.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Joan in Saranda. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, next to the bus station and very close to the seawalk. My room was spotless clean, with a nice balcony and excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Saranda.

My cousin and I stayed two nights in this hotel and we really liked it! It will be the place we will stay in when we return to Saranda!
We had two rooms with Seaview and Balcony, one de Luxe Both were equally nice and kept spotless. The smaller one didn’t have a safe so if that is important get a de Luxe room!
Located right above the Promenade by the waterfront and close to everything! The view is amazing over the bay and city.,

Excellent value for money with a large room overlooking the seafront. Clean, tidy and well stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Our room was tidied even though we stayed only 2 nights which was welcomed! Helpful staff and great location for exploring Sarandë. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and ATM. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a weekend in Saranda and in Hotel JoAn. The hotel is located in the center of the city, perfect to go everywhere on foot so we had to leave our car in the parking space that was reserved for us in front of the hotel. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfy and have a nice view from the balcony. We recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel mid October and it was really surprising! The price was just incredible for what we were offered, the junior suite we stayed at was great with a beautiful view of the city centre and the sea at the same time, the breakfast was plenty and fresh, staff is really friendly and helpful. We were also lucky as the weather was still nice to go to the beach!

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in Albania but at the same time it was the most basic. The rooms are quiet spacious and so is the bathroom but the decoration is pretty minimal and on the cheap side. The walls and doors lack proper insulation therefore you can hear everything outside. We were woken up daily by the housekeeping dragging their hoovers and being noisy. Same applied to the noise from outside the hotel. Unfortunately the bed sheets were stained and we had to sleep on our towels as we did not feel comfortable. The breakfast was pretty decent for Albanian standards and the lady who was looking after the food was constantly making sure that everything is topped up. Only thing I would suggest is to play some music in the breakfast room, as it lacks atmosphere. Location is very good, near the beaches and the ferry port. Staff at reception are very friendly and helpful.
