23 March 2017: Hotel is in the midst of being refurbished throughout its grounds including the main lobby. It looks to be an improvement.

It's near the airport. It's near a Night Club (owned by the Hotel).
It's half way to get out of Oran by Motorway.
The bad news:
It's dirty inside the rooms. Old badrooms. Only Algerian TV.
