Unrivaled Food, staff, location, bed, shower, hospitality. Sad I couldn’t extend a few more days. The stars and silence of the morning and eve are well worth the price alone. Trek to get there but worth every Inca step you’ll take.

When we took the hour long walk from the ferry to the hotel, I thought we'd never get there, but when we did, it was totally worth the walk. The hotel is beautiful, with little charming cottages, all done in gorgeous stone work. Great showers with plenty of hot water. Comfy beds with warm comforters. Excellent meals. And a great sunset view. Love this place!

Incredible location with a great view of Lake Titicaca. Quiet and separated from the rest of the village. Great hiking. Friendly staff and great local food in the dining room. Clean, comfortable rooms, although a bit rustic. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing night or two. The owner took us around in his boat.

We spent one night at Palla Khasa on Isla del Sol. It's one hour walk from the ferry to the hotel however very worthwhile. Very nice views on the way and from your hotel room. From the hotel it's only 15 minutes walk to the highest view point of the island with an excellent sunset. Rooms are nice little houses with heater and hot shower. Restaurant is good and flexible. On Request they made fresh pizza's for our teenagers. It can be cold at Night however bedsheets are thick. Some parts of the hotel area need some refurbishment to stay up to date with all the new lodges recently built.

What a beautiful, tranquil getaway with amazing views of Lake Titicaca! Vanessa was very helpful and extremely kind; she even let me borrow a hot water bottle filled with tea for our hike! The meals were fantastic (we especially loved the Orange Cake!) The location can be a bit difficult to find (we hiked all over the southern part of the island before eventually finding it) but once we got there, it was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay in Palla Khasa. It’s in a lovely location - about 10 minutes walk from Yumani town so it’s easy to walk in to the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was amazing and Vanessa and her family cooked a traditional Bolivian meal for us on our last day. Just a warning - it’s about an hours walk uphill to Palla Khasa from Yumani Port. Vanessa kindly organised a donkey to carry our bags for us. But it is totally worth it for the views.

This is absolutely the best place you can stay in la Isla del Sol: you'll have the most perfect local attention, Vanesa and Valentin will pamper you dawn to dusk, you'll stay in a perfectly ecological environment, surrounded by the best views, a gorgeous garden, incredible sunset and a quiet connection with nature. You'll sleep in a super comfortable bed, in a huge unit with private bathroom and a great hot shower. If that were not enough, you'll eat the best local food, freshly cooked by local chola chef. This place is where you'll get what you envisioned when you decided to visit the magical Isla del Sol.

We loved our stay here so much that we landed up extending it again and again. The most incredible sunsets, delicious food a beautiful location and best of all was Roxana's smile her friendliness and openness. The sun island is a magical place and this is a magical place to explore from. A little away from the main village.

Are we in a dream? Is this real? Yes after a few pinches in the arm we realized we were there, in the middle of this dreamlike yet real Place on Isla del Sol. After around 45 min walk uphill through the village with our small back packs (adviced by the ferryman in Copacabana who took care uf the big ones until the next day) we arrived at the hotel with a marvellous vieuw to the Titicaca lake. We were the only guests (!!) that night and we were wonderfully taken care of by the hosts. The Trout from the Titicaca lake we had for dinner for splendid as was the service. If you ever go to Isla del Sol, choose Palla Khasa - the sunset is breathtaking from that side of the island. We loved it!

The place is a few minutes away from the village but it is really worth for the amazing view. The bungalows are very comfortable and clean. The shower has warm water. The service is really good and the food as well. Highly recommended.
