After reading reviews and knowing that the course hosted Brazilian Opens, i was looking forward to a great experience. From the start I was comically disappointed. Clubhouse, carts, clubs and course were in great disrepair. My rental "clubs" were seriously at least 15 years old, had worn and missing grips, and were a mismatched set. Staff would not offer any...

First the good part: the beach is nice and the weather was great in March. Low tides are a must to go for a cool swim, right after jogging along the light colored sandy beach. The resort is a good 100km away from Salvador... It's in the middle of nowhere. It takes at least 90 minutes to drive from the...

The location is good and the beaches are beautiful. The resort is reasonable. The room is comfortable and clean. However, the service is poor. The all inclusive system is not as good as other resorts of same category. The restaurants and food are bad. The menu was practically the same on the four days.

Had a big work retreat in Sauipe, which was an unorthodox type of place far away from other areas in Brazil, which is unfortunate, because this country has lots to offer. Your need to take a fairly long cab to get elsewhere if no car. Food was ample and at times very good at Park, I would eat in the...

I spent three nights at Sauipe Fun last month. OK, I was on a business event, the IDB Meetings not really the right place to be for this kind of event, but anyway I left with the feeling that the whole Sauipe complex has seen better days!!! The room is very simple and badly kept. The bathroom is small and...

I vacilated between two and three stars for this one, but as I have a strong bias against totally isolated all inclusive resorts, I went for a generous three. I was at the Sauipe Park on business and didn't enjoy it at all. I was put first in the budget hotel on the Sauipe complex, and after 22 hours of...

This is a terrible hotel! Dirty, run down, everything broke, food gross, bugs, and the kaput goes on and on. I was with a large group in multiple rooms and we all had the same experience, absolutely disgusting!

Too popular- too many people, long lines at the breakfast, even to get na omelet; several rooms need to be fixed (the water is cold, or the toilet does not work, etc). But the thing that anoyed us most was the extorsive prices charged to take us anywhere out of the hotel complex. If yu want to go to the...

Costa do Sauipe is a gorgeous, storybook tropical oasis. We went here for our honeymoon and stayed at the all inclusive Sauipe Club. The staff was hospitable and the rooms were clean and well kept. The grounds were gorgeous with walking trails, beautiful foliage and a great pool (and pool bar). The beach was just a stone's throw away and...

A great hotel to go with the family (all inclusive). We were 9 people in total (wife, daughters, grand-sons and baby sitter) and we had a great time at this hotel. The complex of swiming pool are perfect and the buffet by the swiming pool is a great perk. You can easily swap pool side/beach at a wink. One must...
