The hotel is in front of Praia dos Milionários, it is the only place on the beach that has stalls, I didn't see any good restaurants around the hotel, the nearest market is about 10 minutes walk away. The room we stayed in was very spacious and the mattress was soft, there was a single bed whose pillows needed to be washed, it had a bad smell. The shower leaves a lot of water. Our stay was very quiet. What really is missing is a wi-fi that works, since the signal from Claro is bad in the region. The bathroom sink was clogged but did not negatively impact the use. They could also engage local authorities to improve access to the beach. There is no visible pedestrian lane, which makes crossing to the beach difficult. I went with my wife to spend valentine's weekend. I was amazed with the caring from the housekeeper Helena who made a beautiful swan couple with the towels over the bed. There was also a loving card with a warm welcome message as well as a delicious chocolate, a delicacy from the region.
The hotel has a beautiful structure with a great swimming pool in the shape of Mickey's ears lol, the water is extremely clean and it has a depth division for adults and kids. You can also seat by the pool whether to take sunlight or to be in the shadow drinking delicious caipirinhas all day long!

I was staying at Aldeia da Praia in February/25 and was delighted with the experience! The service is excellent, with an impeccable service that made all the difference. The hotel is beautiful, very well decorated, and every corner is full of charm, with details that value the culture of Ilhéus.
