A really nice and clean hostel which also has a great location if you want to explore Pelourinho. The food and staff were lovely and we experienced the private rooms and shared dorms and both were really well kept and airy! They advertise laundry but don't really have that service there, we were directed to a near by laundrette instead....

Good value, very nice breakfast, clean, nice rooms. I've been there many times, first time in a shared room and more twice in private rooms. Both are very good. The location is fantastic, if you planning to stay around Pelourinho. The staff is very friendly and speak good English at the reception. Wi-fi is very good, but not in the...

Nice youth hostel. In the middle of the historical center of Salvador. Staff is nice, rooms were nice, breakfast is good, internet is working properly which is not the case of many hotels in Brasil. Would recommend it. It can be noisy because there is a music school next door.

Stayed there for 2 nights during the World Cup for a game in Salvador. It was my only stay in a hostel in Brazil, as I was a bit afraid, but turned out to be better than most of the overpriced hotels I stayed in. Very friendly atmosphere, with helpful staff. Great central location, but with not very easy access....

Thanks for your comments. We understand our breakfast should be improved even as youth hostel. We're keep tryin' something different in the week menu. Maintance departament is checking colective bathrooms' showers temperature, and we already changed some of them. Salvador has a new mayor and a good sustainable urban mobility plan. They are working on it. We really apreciate your...

For the price, location, safety factor and helpfulness of the staff, this large double room was excellent. I especially liked that it had windows, and therefore light and ventilation. Breakfast was good, although they rarely had eggs. All round a great place to stay. The only negative is that it can be slightly noisy, if that bothers you. In the...

Hi there! Thank you very much for your comment. We are improving our breakfast as youth hostel. Although eggs are not in our regular items for buffet service, once in a while, we offer scrambled eggs and other regional items in our breakfast. We took note about that and regarding noise during the preparation of breakfast early in the morninng....
