Nice hotel with comfortable rooms incl. fridge and snacks. 24 hour in-room dining service. Suites also available. WiFi and free complimentary breakfast included. Conveniently located between Barros District and Pelourinho (Old Town). Public transportation (bus) right outside the front door. Reasonably priced.

We turned up without a reservation 2 days before Christmas after having been let down by our booking. We got a great room with a discount - and with a sea view for a very reasonable price. Thus was a Christmas salvaged.

Small room and bathroom, unfriendly staff, they do not like to give you information or help you at all. The breakfast is served until 10 am that means if you are there already before 10 am and have not finished eating they will throw you out of the breakfast room. They advirtise the hotel as beachfront, correct it is across... More

This place was ok. Stayed during the world cup. It was advertised as beach front and yes the beach is there, across the street. If you want to visit you can bribe the condos across the street, walk or take a taxi to the end of the street. Initially the free breakfast was good but after awhile it became a... More

We stayed there for 4 nights, and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in the middle of the way between the old town and the beach. In 10-15 mins walk from the hotel you can reach both destinations. The rooms are clean, the service is very good, the internet works all the time, the breakfast was good and... More

We stayed here during the world cup and booked accommodation in advance for a reasonable price, however prices were high for last minute bookings. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The staff were helpful, they gave us maps and told us where we should visit, what was within walking distance,... More

We stayed at Bahia Do Sol during the World Cup and the rooms were obviously very expensive. Cost aside, the hotel rooms are very small and the breakfast buffet, which was included in the price, is extremely poor. We ended up going to McDonalds 5 minutes from the hotel for breakfast it was that bad. The staff were also not... More

Seeing as we booked this hotel well in advance we appear to have got it for a very good price, as on arrival the prices were very inflated for the World Cup. That said, the staff were for the most part very helpful, breakfast was as good as anywhere else we stayed at in Brazil and the room was spotless... More

This is really a 2 star hotel at best. The check in was baffling as nobody spoke English. The breakfast was green scrambled eggs and chirizo and fruit. It is located near a supermarket, but not really walking distance to anywhere. The room we stayed was not renovated, so straight out of the 1960's. There are renovated rooms, so try... More
