The Praiano Hotel emerges as a favorite for its prime location near the beach and local attractions, offering stunning sea views that guests frequently commend. The rooftop pool, diverse breakfast selections, and the modern decor of the hotel contribute to an enchanting atmosphere that is often praised. While the rooms are celebrated for their cleanliness and comfort, some guests have mentioned issues with noise and room allocation. The attentive and friendly service is generally appreciated, although there have been occasional remarks about reception challenges. Despite minor notes on the small pool size and gym access, many find the hotel to offer good value for money.

An excellent location on Avenida Beira Mar, opposite the waterfront craft fair.
We took room 918 which has a sea view, simply wonderful, cozy, beautiful view.
The room has air conditioning, LED TV, Wi-Fi Internet, fire fighting system with smoke detector, safe, minibar.
The bathroom has a glass partition in half of the shower, hairdryer, shampoo available in a large bottle, a good shower with gas heating.
The room also has two large mirrors that make it easier to see the wife's look, it has several lamps (including behind the bed), but like every hotel I know leaves something to be desired in terms of luminance, it could have a large lamp with white bulbs in the center of the room, but this is just a wish, nothing that would discredit the hotel.
Concierges Gustavo and Daniela are very attentive and give good tips for tours and tents.
The services of the waiters in the restaurants also make all the difference, they are all very helpful and polite, but I would especially like to thank Mr. Valdemir, who always served us with a smile on his face and gave us tips on the dishes.
I can't help but mention the attention of the reception and maintenance staff as I asked the attendants for some tips and we were always treated well and with a maintenance request that took less than 10 minutes to be answered.
Congratulations to all collaborators.

Really deserves a 10! We stayed on the fourth floor, in a room with very good taste of decor and lighting, all very new. The view of the sea is wonderful and the window cuts the sound completely when closed. Very attentive staff, especially Dona Vera, the camaraderie on our floor, and the girls who made tapioca and omelet on time for breakfast, which I can say was excellent, with many options.
The location is great, in addition to the restaurants in the hotel itself which are also very good, in the surrounding quarters there is fast food, pharmacy, market, cellars, without against the tents of the beach that opened every night.
The pool is sensational, with the loungers placed to have the view of the entire edge.

Excellent service from staff at reception, restaurant and breakfast. Highlights include Valdemir, at breakfast, always happy and smiling, and the lady who, with great care and joy, prepares the tapioca and omelettes.
The hotel has an ironing room, 110 socket in the room and bicycles for guests.
The breakfast is very good and the hotel is impeccably clean. I only have praise.

To the management of Hotel Praiano,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience experienced during my stay at this establishment. As one of the coordinators of a large event in the city, I chose – as well as several colleagues – Hotel Praiano for our accommodation in Fortaleza, trusting in the reputation and quality of the service offered.
However, as soon as I arrived at the hotel dependencies, I was surprised by an unexpected situation. When I headed to the booked room, accompanied by my family, I noticed that this was located directly in front of the elevator, about three meters away, which generates considerable discomfort due to the constant flow of guests, in addition to the need for extra care when opening the door, since the position exposes the intimacy and the people inside the room.
In view of this circumstance, I immediately went to the reception and asked for room change. The receptionist, identified as Raquel, informed that the hotel was fully occupied and that therefore the request could not be met at that time, recommending that she return the next morning to check availability.
Immediately after returning to the room, I was contacted by receptionist Raquel via the phone of the room, informing that, in order to make the change of accommodation, it would be necessary to pay an additional daily fee, under the allegation that the category originally chosen refers, in fact, to the location in front of the elevator. However, it should be noted that this information was not clearly specified on the hotel’s website, where the description only mentioned “side view”, which does not suggest proximity to the elevator.
In addition, the service provided during this process proved to be below expectations for a four-star establishment. The receptionist's response, when reporting my concern, was limited to stating that the observation would be recorded, without any indication of interest in seeking a satisfactory solution.
In view of the above, I reiterate my dissatisfaction with the lack of clarity in the communication of information related to accommodation and the way the situation was conducted, which compromised, in part, the expected experience.
I therefore suggest that the hotel administration review the presentation of room descriptions on the booking channels in order to provide guests with more transparent and realistic information.
I thank you for your attention and hope that this event can contribute to the improvement of the services provided.
To future guests of this hotel, I suggest double attention when choosing this category of accommodation offered.

Attention at the horrible check-in, the front desk worried only about the payment, gave me no information about anything from the hotel, nor asked me if I needed help with the luggage. I had a problem with the site where I bought the room, which on the site was written that it was viewed in front of the sea but I was given a fourth side view, I thank Mrs Mariana who helped me to have the room corresponding to what I had booked. The pool is very small, there's no hotel manager to watch what happens. There were lots of kids playing and jumping throwing water at all and no one intervened. Many customers were complaining about it, but when I went to talk to a girl from the restaurant she replied that it was normal. On the second day when we returned from the pool, the room was clean but the bathroom was flooded because the rally was clogged, making all rotten water back to the bathroom floor. The next day, I found a refrigerator consumption note of 5 waters and 1 soda and 2 cafes. In reality, I consumed only 2 coffee and 1 water to make coffee on the machine, in my experience of traveling around the world this kind of service is free (the receptionist then extorped me what we did not consume) the TV are all applications blocked, only open tv works. The walls are thin so you can listen to everything in the next room, even a phone audio. Paying more than 5,000 reals is not worth it in this hotel.

We really enjoyed the experience overall. Very dedicated to cleaning, attentive staff, especially Valdemir who served us at the restaurant and breakfast! The Rooftop is an exceptional environment that makes your stay even more enjoyable. Pleasant atmosphere from the entrance hall to the rooms. The breakfast is quite complete: scrambled eggs, sausage with sauce, cured meat stew, chicken pie, artisan breads, cold cuts and a variety of fruits and sweets. The hotel restaurant does not have exorbitant prices and ranges from R$30-R$70.

The hotel is a pleasant surprise!

After its renovation, the hotel maintained its external facade, but internally it is extremely well decorated with tasteful and tailored interiors.

The room with splendid views of the sea and Iracema beach is a spectacle in itself. In front of the crafts fair, very well structured and organized.

Staff (all) attentive and prepared to better serve you.
The rooftop with the panoramic pool and the OBAY restaurant is another spectacle. At night, the view and the original gourmet menu with local ingredients are unmissable. Great!
I highly recommend it!

Pelo que me lembro, os hotéis de Fortaleza tem tomadas 220v. A maioria dos hotéis dispõe de conversor, em caso de necessidade, solicitando na recepção.
