I and my brother stayed July 24-28 2021 The computer for guest use not working (night manager allowed me to use their PC to print out boarding passes), Room was nice except the cover of the smoke detector was on a shelf. The bathroom needed "work" as the caulk and tile grout of the shower seemed to be covered with mold (brown-black), the tank lid of the toilet was cracked across its width with a one inch by 1/4 inch piece missing. Ice machine out of order with sign stating "...it was either ice or bananas..."Housekeeping non-existent, didn't empty trash or collect used towels. Sign at check-in mentions housekeeping not furnished except on request or if staying longer than three days. Was surprised that meant no trash or towel pick-up. Took out own trash to outside trash receptacle. Staff was very friendly and tried to be accommodating, especially with towel request. It's in a very good location, 5 minutes to I-41, close to restaurants, Walmart Super Store and Mall. There is a $1 a day charge for the in-room safe. They will remove the charge if you ask them to do so.

Hotel's Favourite
Checked into the hotel and were greeted by Ally working the Front Desk. She gave us our assigned room so upstairs we went. Opened the door to the room and were greeted by a strong musty odor. My wife and I decided to head back down to the desk to see of we might be able to switch rooms. Ally apologized for the inconvenience and said moving to another room would be no problem at all. We have been to a lot of hotels and requesting a new room can be difficult depending on who is working. Just really appreciated the great hospitality from Ally and we'll definitely come back

I chose this property because of its proximity to the EAA Airventure in Oshkosh. Its two star rating gave me a bit of hesitation, but all my friend and I needed was a clean place to sleep for two nights. Well, that’s all we got. The facility was tired and in need of a facelift. The bathroom was exceptionally tired with old, 70’s era tile in the tub area with mildewed grout. The bath towels were old, small and paper thin. When we returned to the hotel for our second night we found that no housekeeping had been done to our room, and no fresh towels/wash cloths. I went to the front desk and was advised that they don’t do housekeeping, and that guests must bring used towels to the front desk to exchange for fresh towels. When I returned with my used towels I had to accompany the clerk to the laundry facility where he counted out and exchanged my towels, piece for piece, as if I were going to steal any “extras”. (Not a chance given their condition!!) At checkout I expressed my displeasure with our room receiving no housekeeping, and the towel exchange procedure to the front desk clerk. He said this was a corporate decision due to Covid-19. Really?? I’ll refrain from going down the tired road of Covid-19. However, I do question this protocol. Based on my overall experience I will not stay at this, or any other Quality Inn properties in the future.

There was mold all around tub. Exhaust fan was full of grease. Floor had hair/unknown particles on floor. Very disgusting! When I moved chair in room there was items left on floor from previous people. Walls had stains on them. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I’m in my 50’s and was shocked by all of this. Since I didn’t notify the front desk within 15 minutes of checking in, I still had to pay for that night. The room was inhabitable. We had to find a new hotel which took 1 1/2 hrs due to every hotel being booked. Finally found 1 with 1 bed. Sleeping in a chair never felt so good. Still trying to get refund from Quality Inn. Don’t stay here!!!

We stayed here and it was a horrible experience. The fire alarm kept going off until 2:30am. We asked for late check out as a result of not being able to get any sleep. Hotel staff knocked on our door THREE times in the morning, due to lack of communication from front desk about our late check out. The third person who knocked on our door (David, the morning manager) shouted loudly “check-out is 11AM!!!”, even though we’d been granted a 1:00pm check-out. It was ridiculously rude. Then when we called down to the front desk to ask that staff please stop knocking on our door because we have a late check out, Dave hung up on us! Talk about unprofessional!! If anything, he should’ve apologized for the constant interruptions. The room was run down with moldy caulking around the tub, plaster coming off of the walls, and a filthy dirty chair and ottoman that I wouldn’t sit on if my life depended on it. The whole room was just gross and the morning staff was awful. For these reasons, we will never stay here again nor would we EVER recommend anyone else stay here either. A total dump!
