My family and I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. From checking in through check out, which thankfully last less than 24 hours, we only the complains to make. Concierge couldn't tell us where were the most famous moqueca restaurant that is literally two blocks away from the hotel. When entering the room, there was a sticker at the door saying the last sanitation happened one month a go ( I took pictures because I couldn't believe). Inside the room was impossible to walk bare foot due the dirtiness of it. Bathroom stink like a pig (I swear to God I am not overreacting). The floor was so dirty that we took a shower and after we stepped out the bathroom, our feet was already black. A/C sounded like a Heavy Metal concert. I am writing this statement so other families don't go through this experience again, specially after a long drive from Bahia.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. There was a kitchenette, living room and a balcony that faces the beach. The toilet could be refreshed in terms of design but otherwise, it was a good enough room to stay in. The internet wifi signal could have been better as it worked intermittently.

I stayed here for nearly a week for some meetings in Vitoria. This was a great little hotel - clean, quiet, and a very friendly staff. The front desk either spoke very good English or was really friendly about working with my limited Portuguese. My room was big - a little kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and counterspace, a sitting area with couch and desk with workspace, and a bedroom off in the back with a large closet and big bed. There was a safe you can lock yourself in the closet. Internet access was included in the room price. My room had a cable to connect, though one of my colleagues did not have a cable and had to request one. Breakfast was great - a huge variety of foods in a room overlooking the pool. Fruits, breads, meats, some hot foods like sausages, yogurts, cereal, coffee, juices, and sweets. They did drinks and appetizers in the lobby on Wednesdays. The pool is small and is in the back surrounded by other high rises with balconies from their buildings overlooking their pools, tennis courts, and 1/2-soccer fields. My room overlooked this same view, but the rooms around the front probably overlooked the beach, with a multi-lane street between the hotel and the beach. If you go out and cross the street, you'll be on the beach walk and can walk toward the beach areas and eventually past the bridge. There is shopping and several restaurants in the area within a few blocks. I paid R$169 per night and thought it was well worth it. I'd definitely stay here again.
