I stayed three nights. Room very basic and bathroom even more basic! Breakfasts very simple in a basement with no view. Staff just doing their job: not attentive, nor friendly. And this has nothing to do with language as my colleague with me is a Brazilian.

I know conditions were cramped in Brazil for the World Cup, but these guys were nowhere near ready to open for business. There were dozens of buckets in the lobby to catch water leaking from the ceilings. Wifi in the rooms was insanely expensive (equivalent to 20+ US dollars per day), and you had to pay for wifi in the...

This hotel tries to pass as a 4 star superior hotel, but really falls short of 2 stars. If you are looking for 1-2 star accommodation and for some miracle gets a fair price, then go for it. Otherwise, really avoid. Where to start? The service is a nightmare, reception staff absolutely unprepared, I never faced this type of service...

The hotel has a great localization, but is stuck into the 60's. Since arriving at the hotel we were scared about the conditions of the lobby. Very, very old carpets with fainting colors , and a liking air conditioning dripping at one garbage can, right into the main entrance... Arriving into the room, we were scared, the whole decoration was...

The hotel has no pool, old elevator, the restaurant is in a basement. Poor breakfast and expensive dinner with little options. It's not a big deal when it comes to decoration and design. The room is average, clean and with a reasonably comfortable bed. Good location.

Phenocia Brasilia doesn't have WiFi. Room TV not working, changed rooms. Basic to poor breakfast in a basement. Water leaks in the reception. No way a 4* hotel. All for 'just' USD330 a night. Phenicia can take advantage of Wcup and increase prices but should improve the service at least for 4weeks!!!! Won't take long for a tourist to find...

The hotel was ok for showering and sleeping. The restaurant was good enough for breakfast, but had few choices at high costs for dinner. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the room's size was enough (although it could use some more space for placing the luggage). The location was perfect for me to attend the event at the Brasil...

The noisiest TV and air conditioner that I have ever seen in my life. Breakfast very limited. And you have to pay for wifi. The only advantage is the location, close to a mall in which there are plenty of options for meals (by the way, the kitchen closes early).

There may not be many choices when it comes to finding good hotel with decent price in Brasilia. I must say this hotel is a good value. We stayed for 4 nights from 4-8 Dec 2011 and they charge us Brazilian Reis 930. This isn’t bad at all. The Room is clean although not so spacious, but I guess that’s...

Considering that Brasilia is an expensive city, this hotel is pretty decent for what we pay. It´s very close to Patio Brasilia Mall and the city park (Parque da Cidade). Old building, big and confortable rooms, refurbished bathrroms, very nice breakfast, but no swiming pool, no gym. It's good for business trips, but I would not choose it If I...
