Getting there
Somewhat walkable
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Spent 1 night here after staying in the Pantanal. The room is large (very large) and even comes with a bar!
The location is good. Walking distance to many restaurants. Unfortunately almost all restaurants were closed the Monday night we stayed here. Not sure what that was about.
My only complaint is the air conditioning is right beside the bed and blows on the person sleeping on the right side all night. The left side sleeper is warmer. The unit should be 1 meter higher.

We stayed for one night. The room was huge and very clean. The Internet worked very well and fast. The staff were very helpful with directions to good restaurants and other things. The breakfast was very well served with eggs as well as waffles among many other choices. We were pretty happy with our stay and the late check out.

The hotel offers basic facilities at a decent price. Practical transfer to and from Bonito/airport. Requires some renovations (especially hallways) but it's clean, staff is friendly and rooms comprise of a fridge. Breakfast options were good.

It failed my expectations. Old structure, spacious room with a bad air conditioning, very small bathroom, no hairdryer, the box was without sealing, that is, when we took a bath wet the bathroom floor. The fridge bar in the room was old and did not close the right door, when we arrived it was off, it took a long time for the water to freeze. Breakfast doesn't have much choice, I found it pretty weak. For the price we paid I found the hotel bad, there are no positive recommendations to make. The employee who picked us up was nice. However, the hotel did not provide visual information about the location of the pool, restaurant etc. I do not recommend.

It is too difficult to stay in a hotel that begins with a beautiful and well-decorated reception and when entering the room you notice a deplorable atmosphere. Yes, that's right, in addition to the apparent wear of the equipment, doors slipping, hard-to-access paper carrier, among other horrible wear. The breakfast that leaves to be desired, presumed, bread, well, already old and there goes. Pool? You realize it's not been clean for a long time... Drinks, forget. Finally, I do not recommend.

"Unfortunately, the hotel needs a significant renovation, both in the structural part and in some procedures. The apartment features problems such as loose floor and an old air-conditioning. In addition, glass windows without blackout make sleep impossible.
It is important to highlight that we are three people in the apartment with different schedules. However, the reception provides only one key card per apartment. When I asked for two keys, explaining our situation, the answer was that this is the standard procedure and that we need to leave the card at the reception if we leave at different times. This is a setback in the hotel industry and makes us insecure because leaving the card at the reception means that anyone can have access.
We are only talking about a key card that will be returned at check-out; there should be no difficulty in providing more keys to meet the needs of guests." Apartment 106 Check-in 30 August 2024

Since yesterday I was in contact with the hotel as I have a reservation from the 24th to the 28th of April, I asked if it would be possible for me to check in earlier as I would arrive from my trip at 5 am. I was informed that it would depend on availability. ok standards. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was treated terribly with discrimination and jokes by Mr. Lucas who told Mr. Luciane, the attendant, looking at me loudly that nothing should take away their peace. I asked from my room at 9 am and he said I would have to wait until 2 pm as it wasn't ready. Ok. 2pm arrived and my room, which I paid for on pix, the total price for 3 people, was not ready. I asked if I could change my room and he said no, as it was already assigned to me at the time and wasn't ready. After 15 minutes they found another room for me. Now, if this isn't harassment, lack of service, discrimination, I don't know what is. Several people I knew were allocated, just me and my 2 children who are not even respected. The phrase for me was: you have to be patient only at 2pm, 2pm arrived and nothing... more than 10 rooms came in and were available quickly. The previous client left the room at 12 o'clock and couldn't the hotel staff arrange for him to be able to get in within 2 hours?
Is this the harbor network’s service?
Are athletes who came to compete treated with disregard? I'm not asking for a favor, I asked for my rights while I had to wait until 2pm as it was the hotel's rights. Now is there really no point in having to place my belongings on the counter and talk about my rights in order to receive minimum quality care? What did I do to deserve this treatment? Why not just relocate a client to another room like they did at 2:15 pm?
Sad negligence, I canceled all my meals that would have been taken at the hotel because I sincerely hope that I will spend my stay here soon.
Respect to be respected. That simple..

If you are a competitor, look for another hotel. I made a reservation with advance payment on 20-21/12 and under penalty of elimination from the competition I asked the attendant Lucas to kindly help me scan a document requested by the bank that I would pay for, as I arrived late in the city to sleep and take the test. and could be eliminated if he didn't send it. I got the answer that if I wanted them to look for a 5 star hotel like Novotel or similar they could help me there. I spent the night taking photos and sending them via cell phone because in a hotel where I stayed and paid a high price, the employee didn't have the empathy to treat me with respect. I believe that in the hotel sector that courtesy and promptness are fundamental to the hotel's reputation, I hope they change the service policy, as it doesn't just affect my stay (which I have already had several experiences resting at this hotel) and that I will never set foot there again , but the credibility of the establishment. If you, as a guest, can stay in another hotel, believe me, the price is not worth the lack of empathy and respect. A scanner that cost a client you had had for years.

210 R$ for a cheap poor room. I did rely on the Trip Advisor recommendation. But this must be a fake!
The "Kitchenette" is a sink plus fridge. No glas, no knife, no Coffee maker, nothing! No Kitchenette!
It is loud. Windows were closed but it felt there were no Windows at all. No light next to the bed. But good TV Set, Free Wlan, bathroom okay, clean, Double Bed okay.
Breakfast looks great but if you take a Special Look fruits are not really fresh (Foto) no fresh juices, scrambled eggs from plastic.
Staff is kind of nice but very "busy" management pretending, not warm and welcoming. Making Foto-Copies of the passeports. First Time in 3 months traveling Brazil.
And for that Quality we paid 210 R$! See my Pictures! Not even Rio was that much expensive. Sorry. No. And where are the "Suites" in the Buriti Suites Hotel?

Response from Rede_Harbor, Manager at Harbor Self Buriti Suites Hotel
Responded Apr 13, 2011
Your opinion is very important to us. The amount paid was in the front desk of the hotel without reservation, usually after presenting the apartment. If the reservation was made before the price was better, Campo Grande-MS values are generally high compared to other cities, because of government fees. The apartments have a bench with refrigerator stocked with drinks and other items. They are not equipped with pots, dishes and utensils. We provide plates, cutlery and others when requested. My apologies for the situations presented, we are acting to improve the services and comfort of our customers. Thanks for having opined on the Hotel. Best Regards, Evandro C. Sabadin General Manager

We arrived very early on a bus and were welcomed by the English speaking staff and allowed to check in.
As stated previously, the rooms are very large and comfortable. A few English channels on TV.
We had a room on the top floor with a small balcony and the views of the city were good- even better when Mother Nature put a lightening show on which lasted hours! Being up high we couldn't hear any street noise.
We used their pool which has sun all day and you can ask for towels.
Went out for dinner and there is not much around the local area.
Only when there, did we realise we had stayed in a sister hotel also in Brazil. They had the same plastic cups to drink out of. Just crazy you can't get a glass in your room at this chain of hotels!
