It is a hotel for business travel, the facilities are generally very good. The rooms are medium and in the case of room 263 the mattress was uncomfortable. The restaurant’s attention during dinner has much to improve, the rush to close causes them to lose attention to the guest. The location was convenient and agile access.

Apparently very good hotel. Spacious, with large parking, good restaurant, with swimming pool, garden, close to the Parque das Nações IndĂgenas. The breakfast is very expensive. In two of the rooms I stayed in there was mold, which caused allergies. For this reason, I do not intend to stay at the hotel again.

Hotel is well rubbed, old curtains and mould smell on the hallway rugs! The coffee in the case is very good! I had stayed 3 X in the last month and has 2 wings, one old well deteriorated and the new one that is better! The TVs are not Smart, old and small models! In summary the price charged does not compensate oque offers!

Novotel Campo Grande is a great choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. Well located, it offers easy access to Indigenous Nations Park and other attractions. The rooms are cosy, the service is attentive and the restaurant serves delicious dishes. Ideal for both leisure and work, with modern and pleasant structure.

Regarding the order on food to save, you guys were terrible when choosing the products, saying that it would be worth 45.00, those products sent are not even worth about 10.00... Frankly Review your products, the idea of the app is to avoid waste, not discard leftovers at absurd prices

Simply DISAPPOINTING. I'm a loyal All customer and I know hotels all over the world and in Brazil, when possible, I stay at a Novotel because I really like the hotel and accommodations HOWEVER this one was totally disappointing. Horrible room, no cleaning was done even though requested. Service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived on the 14th we were placed in a room that was in very poor condition. We slept because we arrived at 1:30 in the morning and we were very tired. The other day we complained and they relocated us to 337. Quality is honestly lower than a normal Novotel, but better than the previous one. However, what made us very angry was that on Saturday, we left at 12:30 and no one had come to clean, I returned to the hotel at 4:00 and the room had not been cleaned. I went to reception and informed them. What a surprise we were when we returned around 1 am on Sunday morning after a wedding. Room not yet cleaned. Honestly regrettable. I am very angry and disappointed with ALL - Novotel Campo Grande

Hotel that was once very good but is now very worn out. Disorganized staff. The experience started deceptively, we were offered an upgrade to a better room. When I got to the room and unpacked my bags, I noticed that the wooden floor was ''soft'' as was the bathroom door. To my surprise, when I got out of the shower the room was flooded. When I questioned the situation at reception I was told that it was a common problem in the room. I requested a room change and after 40 minutes we were downgraded to a room in the category we had chosen, this one without the air conditioning working, which resulted in a third room change. Dirty sheets, open lining, cracked and filthy drain lid. On the second day the room was not cleaned by the maid after requesting the service 3 times, on the third day when returning from lunch there was no place to park the car which had to be left in a vacant lot next to the hotel. A CATASTOFRE. DO NOT STAY HERE. As an ALL customer for many years, I can say that it was without a doubt the worst I have ever stayed at.

We had a bad experience, the room was moldy, dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the towels were dirty and there was no shampoo or conditioner. We spent more than an hour waiting for the receptionist to ask us to bring it to the room. That night, we asked to change rooms, a very attentive guy managed to change it for us, as I couldn't sleep due to the smell in the room. Positive point, breakfast and pool, terrible rooms.

Excellent support from the event team; organized, attentive and dedicated. The space for academic events is very cozy in the areas available; which gave a charm of welcoming to everyone. The Coffee break is diverse and tasty. The restaurant left a bit to be desired in the agility of drinks and sometimes meal arrived cold.

IBIs / Formula 1 service with Novotel name. There are no attendants to carry the suitcase, help in anything, monobrista, and each for himself. I who have been a customer for more than a decade of the favor network have never seen such a lack of provision of services for a hotel that is considered 4 stars. Few staff at the reception and even without queue takes a long time. It was not the first time we stayed but it will be the last. We always stayed in the presidential suite (the most expensive and thus the best room of the hotel) and the service of the last times was not good to say non-existent. Everything has to beg. I asked a day before and the day looks arm my baby's crib arriving there armed anyway without Careful. And to crown the negative experience right upon our arrival a large congress without organization for non-guests with live show that invades all apartments. Moral of the story we stayed 20 and few minutes and we can't stand ask for cancellation.
