Very beautiful hotel in the common areas and in the rooms too. Decoration, plants, air conditioners, cleaning, everything is beautiful in every detail. The room is good, new and well thought out furniture, just the double bed which I found small. Good, clean bed linen, great towels. Perfect shower. Room service was excellent, reception and cleaning staff always responded to all requests promptly. For those traveling with children, they may miss a kids space, which they don't yet have. Here's a suggestion. I believe they have space to create a good kids area. Breakfast I have no words to describe. Simply perfect and of the highest quality. Lots of variety of everything and especially quality in each roll, each cake, each fruit, everything very fresh and well served. Rating 10 for this breakfast.
The valets are very helpful and well trained too. They always respond promptly, they do all the work of taking and putting your bags in the car, very polite. This makes all the difference in the day-to-day experience during your stay.
Because it was my birthday, I received a special pudding for breakfast from a very friendly and kind employee.

Almost like a 5 stars hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Be aware: if it's cold, the AC does not work to warm the room temperature, and you have to ask for blankets. All the the employees are helpful and nice. The food is good, but it should be excellent. You pay a high daily rate but you have to settle for coffee from coffee machine for breakfast, and if you like sweets, they are pretty but not tasty. My experience having dinner at the restaurant was not good either, so all the other nights I had dinner out, before returning to the hotel. Different from all the other hotels in CG, you have to pay to park your car, but at least the valet service is very good. There is no restaurants walking distance, but CG offers delicious food, therefore I believe this hotel should improve their menu and the food their kitchen prepares.

I stayed in the superior luxury room facing the avenue, terrible! Initially I was very well received, but my room 1019 was full of hair on the floor and on the sheets, demonstrating that there is not total care with cleaning. But the big problem is the lack of acoustic treatment in the room's window. The room faces two avenues, making the discomfort with the sound of motorcycles and vehicles unbearable throughout the night. I managed to fall asleep between 01:30 and 03:30, making the stay extremely unpleasant, which I didn't expect given the comments. The staff are efficient, but the cost of the hotel is not equivalent to the treatment offered by the facilities, which are already suffering over time, mainly the absence/loss of window seals that prevented me and my family from sleeping and the problem with cleaning hair. in bed, which was really unpleasant, if not disgusting. Anyway, it is very likely that I will not return and will not be recommended. Try to stay in the room facing the OAB.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Once before leaving for Southern Pantanal and once returning. We were very impressed with the hotel, service, and food. We asked for a quiet room and we were given a corner room and it was very quiet and comfortable. We were tired both visits so we ate in the bar for late lunch/dinner. Food was great. We ate one breakfast buffet and there was so much variety and delicious food.
We took a taxi from the airport, it took almost 30 minutes, and cost 27 reals. Returning, we had the staff at the front desk schedule an early taxi for us the next morning. The taxi was waiting for us when we came down to the lobby.
The front desk staff were very professional and welcoming. There was always someone who spoke English, which we really appreciated. We actually wish we could have spent more time there, we mostly slept, with early departures the next morning. This is a lovely hotel with excellent service.

Well-trained staff, clean, spacious and pleasant environments. There is a valet service, but it is charged separately, sometimes it takes a while to pick up the car, due to high demand. Comfortable room, tasty food and drinks, varied and delicious breakfast.

Staff very cordial and willing to help with the needs. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast is sensational, with many options, besides the environment being very well decorated. The hotel is well located and is the best in the city. Definitely recommend.

This is a relatively large hotel that apparently serves many tour groups. Our room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was large. Tour groups have breakfast on first floor but since we were not part of tour group, we had a nicer, less busy restaurant on the top floor. The gym was relatively big for a hotel and well equipped. This property reminded me a bit of a US Marriott or Hilton property.
