Plus point s:- The bed is always freshly made up. It is close to the beach. It is close to a decent bar so you can eat. Numerous minus points :- Bed is like a brick. Pillows are as good as a white slice of bread. Car parking is a nightmare, prepare to lock EVERYTHING away in your car as... More

Hotels are booked via the company administrator in Rio so we don't really have a say as to where we can go. First impression on arrival: I arrived late in the evening and was met by a friendly receptionist. However her... More

The hotel is in a very bad state of conservation: the conditioned air machine is noisy, so that it is impossible to sleep with it turned on, despite the hot weather; the breakfast is disgusting; the bed sheets are dirty; the mattress and pillows are uncomfortable; there is mold on the walls.

I have been 29 times to brazil and twice to this hotel, the first time was in 2001 and now one week ago (march 2012), it is the worst hotel ever, we had 3 rooms for 12 days and even so the services were the worst, please believe me i rarely complain but this was too much...good luck
