Hostel quite close to the beach, 8-10 min walk and 2min from the metro. Very safe with security at the entrance and big lockers in the room. Not a party hostel with reception closing at 23h so they stop serving beers at this time, meaning...More

... This is my opinion, the opinion of a person, a traveler, a backpacker, a human being.
We found, with my girlfriend, this hostel on TripAdvisor.

We're sorry you found our receptionist rude, we don't know what could have triggered that. If the sheets were dirty you could have just asked to change them. We are planning on adding another cleaning shift for the bathrooms, at least during peak hours, which...More
My stay here was ok. Overall staff is friendly but not very. Theyre helpful, some more than others!

Hi! Thanks for for staying with us and your review! We have removed the plastic from all mattresses. Hope to see you back soon! Safe travels, CabanaCopa
Outstanding breakfast, which included things like you usually eat for lunch (warm stuff with meat), beside usual breakfast foods like cake, fruits, bread and so on! Outstanding and dedicated cleaning stuff. Good location, good beds, good staff. Nothing to complain about.

The rowdy Copacabana is one of the most traditional and old areas from Rio de Janeiro. This neighbourhood is a blend of Brazilian soul - crowded, rowdy and traditional. This neighbourhood has a bit of everything: bars with music, pubs, street fairs, chaotic streets, and many shops. All these things and more live side-by-side. There are options for all price points and tastes. However, the most powerful
draw in Copacabana is still the fantastic view of the coast and the incredible beaches.
