I'm working on downtown Rio and stayed 4 times in this hotel from March to April. The hotel is nice, good breakfast, attentive staff, reasonable Internet, good gym, but cleanliness is zero. I was attacked by bed bugs on second stay and I had to go to the hospital, I took anti-allergic for 10 days. The third time I complained...

Do not be afraid of staying in the middle of the action in Rio De Janeiro. The area of LAPA is really happening at night and I felt safer than in the beach areas, This hotel is walking distance to the famous Cathedral of Rio two blocks from the metro to get ANYWHERE in Rio and soon to be on...

I arrived after an 11 hour flight. I was tired. Two receptionists, both busy with other clients. Fair enough. I had asked for a quiet room and according to the booking.com confirmation the reservation was for a superior double. I was surprised when I saw the room - barely space to walk around the bed, certainly no room for a...

This hotel is a modern and spotlessly clean hotel in Lapa in a good location, it is on a quiet street where there is little noise from bars and clubs. Reception staff speak English. Rooms are a good size with flat screen TV with English speaking CNN. The Wifi in the room was very good. Breakfast is served buffet style...

I recommend going to this hotel because the staff are great, they were kind and liked to help whenever possible. The hotel was very clean and tidy, it provided everything you might need on a daily basis.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in April and I was very happy here. Overall this hotel is decent but could improve on a couple of things. Pros: Food. Both the breakfast and the dinner service were excellent. The food was always tasty and seemed freshly prepared each time. For dinner the food had big portions and was...

Good, modern, spotlessly clean hotel in Lapa just a stones throw from the Cathederal and Central Business District. Despite its good location, it is on a quiet street where there is little noise from bars and clubs. Reception staff do speak English although one or two are far more confident than others. Rooms are a good size with double glazed...

Stayed here for a night. Centrally located at Lapa, 2 minutes walk to the bars and nightlife. Although it's nearby to the bars, it's on a quiet street whereby you can sleep peacefully. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Comfy beds and pillows. Very clean. Strong water pressure for showers.

We had a lucky escape at this hotel although it wasn't great for us - we booked a double room and got two twin beds pushed together covered with a sheet. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. However the pool area was nice - until the rain poured down and it flooded. Breakfast was ok. When we...
