Hotel is situated just 3 mins away from the copacabana beach. The top floor view was amazing. The sugar loaf is not very clear although at the reception desk they insist the hotel overlooks the sugar loaf. Swimming pool was extremely small. Could not accommodate more than 2 a time. However water was warm. Rooms were good. Watch out for...

The hotel was in a great location. The hotel could organise trips and suggested great places to go. It had all that I needed but mainly the staff were very helpful and friendly especially, William, Rodolfo and Prisilla who went that extra mile

We stayed in the hotel twice during our trip. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. This hotel is very well located, just few minutes from Copacabana Beach and close from the metro station. The pool and the jacuzzi on the top floor was just perfect after a long day. The view from the...

Arriving in Rio at 6:30am and at the hotel at 8am did not faze the Reception team who greeted me with a warm welcome. I was checked in, but could not get into my room until nearly 1pm. Not a problem as the Reception area has a number of small lounge areas, so after a breakfast settled in to await...

Traveling to Rio alone especially during Carnival was a bit nerve racking but I felt very safe and at ease while staying at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was great. Only a short walk to the beach and close by great restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and spacious. The...

As a solo female traveller safety can be an issue in this area. The male door staff always assisted me with luggage, taxis and recommended places to go, and times to do attractions so that I was safe. Very friendly service.

This place exceeded most of my expectations. It's in a great location, near Copacabana beach and around the corner from a subway stop. The room was nice, clean and big with cool features like controls to all the lights, ac, and television in the bed headboard. Huge clean bathroom with lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. Breakfast...

Rodolfo and André in the reception made us feel at home. Most surprisingly, we were upgrated to the suite on the 13th floor after having hours of delay at the airport. We would gladly return to this hotel.

Staying in Copacabana

Neighbourhood Profile
The rowdy Copacabana is one of the most traditional and old areas from Rio de Janeiro. This neighbourhood is a blend of Brazilian soul - crowded, rowdy and traditional. This neighbourhood has a bit of everything: bars with music, pubs, street fairs, chaotic streets, and many shops. All these things and more live side-by-side. There are options for all price points and tastes. However, the most powerful draw in Copacabana is still the fantastic view of the coast and the incredible beaches.
