Location is perfect, but hotel is overrated, definitely not 4 star, rather 2 star. Old accomodation, not even proper window to close at night but just wooden blinds which do not completely close. Very poor breakfast.

Very overrated. Broken Internet, bad breakfast, dirty pool, dirty baths, great location. Nice people but not getting he job done. Walk to town at night is safe and secure. This is a family with children type hotel. Only one TV remote for upstairs and down. Basic TV channels. Narrow "L" shape stairs with no handrail at top part of stairs...

We stayed here on our first visit to Pipa and it was just wonderful. The villas are basically houses with 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths, kitchen, refrigerator and your private pool, just beautiful! The breakfast buffet was great, included fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, sausages and a variety of drinks, juices, breads, and cakes. The staff was very helpful and acomodating....

Only problem with this hotel. When you book online it says nothing about you habing to pay for the hotel at checkout in either cash or credit card. I paid for it with my debit card. And my debit card isn't international, so I had to run around trying to find a way to get money out of my account...

We stayed at this hotel for a week in February and had a great time. The rooms were clean and spacious. We even ended up having an entire 6-persoon villa to ourselves. Breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruits, but what really makes this place is the cute little town surrounding it.

This place was located in the heart of Pipa Beach...it can't get any better! Place was very private and you have you very own pool to swim. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! I would definitely come back stay!

Nice place to stay with kind helpful people in a small nice touristic town (Pipa) near wonderful small beaches. pro's: own (small) pool private houses with enough space, big rooms, airco, multiple fridges everything just fine for a family stay. cons: 5 minute walk to the beach/main street on a steep unflat road, so if your mobility is restricted think...

We did go to Villas da Pipa and enjoyed it very much. Love the privacy of the villas and the "little" swimmingpool. The pool might not be big but you can swim in total privacy 24 hours a day. Restauranrt for breakfast is good but no variety. Walk to the village is not far. Not recommanded for elderly people as...

I definetly recommend this hotel if you look for a comfort, simplicity and good service. It's not chic and very modern. The main advantages: - Location (5 minutes walk to the main shopping/restaurant street and 10 minutes to the beach) - Privacy ( you get a house with 1 bedroom and open kitchen&living room; 2 bathrooms, small but nice pool...
