Very nice facility. It exceeded our expectations and the staff were "out of this world" friendly. We ate in the bar and met some of the Nicest people every. The food at the steakhouse in the hotel was Excellent Great location on the Snake River. You will Not be disappointed. The rates were extremely reasonable as well.

The Flying Saddle in Alpine is probably the nicest place to stay in Alpine. It has a beautiful main lodge with a nice restaurant and bar. While they do rent cabins, the main hotel is actually a "motel" with rooms that are entered from outside. I paid $80 a night which was a special deal over the holidays but in...

This was a sweet accidental find! The room was huge, and although it might use a bit of updating, it was very clean. We slept well in the comfortable bed. We enjoyed the cute little courtyard type setting for breakfast. We didn't eat in the steakhouse restaurant for dinner, but it sure smelled delicious!

We booked a room here for one night. It was a planned stop between driving from The Grand Tetons to Blackfoot ID. The scenery along the Snake River was beautiful! Our room was quaint and cozy. It was comfortable. There were all sorts of amenities that we did not use(pool, basketball courts etc). We booked ahead, and they advertised no...

Our room was nice and spacious. Windows on both sides allowed for great views. We were able to park right in front of our room so we didn't have to haul luggage very far. The resort offers many amenities, but we didn't use any of them as we were up and gone fairly early. This was our first stop on...

My husband, adult son & I stayed in Room 111 which was single story & we could park in front of our room. The room was very large with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, bed stand with a Gideon Bible in it, large desk and two arm chairs. The colors in the room were pleasing with a nice green...

Overnight stop here on the way from Montana to SLC. This place was terrible. Room was worn out and not very clean. Even a bit of TLC helps if the owners can't afford investment. Long overdue a refit. Toilet ran all evening and had to sort it myself as staff were clueless.

This place is very well located on way to Grand Teton National Park. On its south is River Snake and it's just on US-89. Rooms are spacious, clean but without microwave. They let you use Microwave in their kitchen. Very friendly staff.

We arranged to stay here on a driving trip from Montana to Southern Calif. Alpine is about a 30 minute drive south of Jackson which would have been the preferred stop but rates are much too high. Flying Saddle has a good website describing different classes of rooms, so we weren't surprised to see "dog room" which was the original,...

I have stayed at this place many times over the years(back when it had the old moose) due to its central location before entry into the Teton Valley and Yellowstone. Prices were reasonable and not quite the tourist gouge of the establishments to the north of it in Jackson,Wy. But this time I am sorry to say it appears to...
