What a find! Our room was modern, spacious, with a view of the Snake River as it drowns itself in the huge Palisades Reservoir. There was a microwave, refrigerator, and flat screen TV. The place includes a large indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and gym. We also took advantage of the guest laundry facility. There are nice little cabins as...

We stayed at the flying Saddle Resort in July and enjoyed a great room in the first floor, The room was nice, clean and spacious with a little lanai type patio to enjoy the nice view. The hotel also had a nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was very courteous and professional. The front desk adviced us that there...

they gave me a huge room, just too big. confortable, big bath but the tub jets were desactivated. I try to go to the restaurant, but I gave up since we wait 10min at the reception without getting a hello or a table. they were looking busy and the place was even not half full. room was a little bit...

We stayed at the Flying Saddle resort in July and enjoyed the room that overlooked the Snake river. Clean room and a good bed. Friendly staff and helpful. Restaurant on site is average. The location is great, about 30 miles from Jackson Hole and away from the crowds. We would stay there again.

We stayed here for 3 days and two nights and had one of their cabins. Roomy, clean, well supplied, comfy bed, even rocking chairs out on the front porch. Daisies blooming all around the cabin. Well insulated. Flat screen tvs (2), one in the bedroom, one in the family room. Fridge, microwave, bath and body works supplies. Friendly, courteous, and helpful...

Nice rooms, great location/scenery, great amenities and the restaurant (although a little pricey) was veryyy good. Everyone one in my party of 5 enjoyed their meal, which 3 were meals with seafood. Dessert was yummmmy! Only the first night here but no complaints thus far.

Chose this hotel as a place to stay on our journey to Yellowstone as it was much less expensive than hotels in Jackson Hole. Easy to find, just follow the main road, cross the river and it is on the right. Friendly reception, nice lobby, given key to our room. go in and find that in the room next door...

We stayed at this resort in one of the new cabins on the Snake River. It was spacious and well appointed. We had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us at our online request, and we found the amenities, including a nice wine shop very helpful particularly considering that FS is away from town. The only disappointment was the...

If you want a relaxing place to stay with a great restaurant, drive up liquor and espresso store, pristine indoor pool, expanses of green lawn for kids and teens to play on, and a charming view of the snake river without paying Jackson hole prices, this is your spot! Not in aaa book, probably a story there. Solid, solid place.

On our way to Yellowstone we decided to stay at the Flying Saddle in Alpine rather than Jackson Hole which can be pricey. The FS is in a beautiful, quiet setting 30 minutes south of Jackson and next to the Snake River. There are 3 main room options: an older wing, some small cabins clustered together, and the newer wing....
