The location of Teewinot is second to none for access to the slopes and the rooms are large and generally comfortable with most of what you need. Good WiFi service. Hot water runs out every evening though. No illusions that this is anything more than an old style lodge, but little other options exists if you want to ski the...

This lodge style accomodation was functional, definitely not luxury style but fits in well with the family orientated , practical skier vibe of the Grand Targhee resort .. the only complaint I had is the noise that projects through the walls from other rooms, particularly the herd of elephants that seemed to reside in the room above us.. thus it...

The food was served cold and expensive, no fridge or microwave. Restaurant and lounge and snack bar all $$$$. Left a day early, even though it was paid for. Just really wanted a hot meal!!! Would have been better maybe if we had money for each and every activity, or wanted to hike three days in a row. Messages are...

Stayed in Teewinot lodge for 2 nights. It's an excellent resort with all the ski facilities. Rooms are comfy and equipped with all the basic facilities. Pros : If you are driving to West Yellowstone from here, the scenic byway is superb (route 32 and 33). You get to see bit of Idaho, Montana.. Cons: If your primary purpose of...

Our family stayed two nights here. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. The rooms were good size, clean, and the beds comfortable. It was nice and quiet with beautiful views. My son and husband enjoyed the pool, climbing wall, and bungie activities. We all rode the chair lift to the top of the mountain and the amazing views of...

Great location at base of mountain. Older accommodations but very clean. Beds were reasonably comfortable. More lamps/light would be helpful for reading at night. Wonderful hot shower after a cold day of skiing. Staff is very friendly. Reasonable price for on mountain lodging relative to other ski areas.

The Teewinot Lodge is a pretty, older facility that has comfortable common areas and has a pleasant vibe. However, we apparently had an army staying directly above us that was conducting marching drills all night. The 2nd story flooring rivals a Motel 6 in its ability to transmit sound, so I'm hopeful that on your stay the lodge isn't crowded,...

We decided on the spur of the moment to see the Tetons from the West, and we couldn't have been happier with the Teewinot Lodge at Grand Targhee. Our room was huge, comfortable, and right next to the area's services as well as the ski lifts and hiking trails. The cleaning staff we happened to meet went out their way...

the room was very clean! the hotel location is not very comfortable if you going to Yellowstone or you flying from Jackson Holle , however it is in the mountains, the view is beautiful! I would not recommend eating in there ( the food was bad , expensive and the restaurant kinda dirty with dead flies near the table) !

I booked two rooms here over four months ago through Hotels.com. This was a one night stop as part of a 10 day trip. We arrived and it said it was closed. I found a person working HR for the lodge who then contacted Dan. Dan saw my confirmation information and they were very surprised, given they were CLOSED! Dan...
