Economy category hotel, so you don't expect much in terms of service and amenities. There is no telephone in the rooms, in the reception there is a small store with the sale of frozen products where there is a microwave to prepare them yourself there in the middle of the reception. Extremely breakfast with beating items. Receptionists with good service, robotic, meeting a scheduled check in/ check out script

Great location. In 10 min walk is in Paulista, quiet street, quiet, family environment, many residential buildings which passes safety, because you see the elderly, children and families walking quietly through the street. At the end of the street some 5 min walk has the shopping Frei caneca and around there are bars, restaurants and bakeries. The room was clean every day, but does not have a dryer, for me, did not lack. There is no frigobar, but in the lounge you can buy drinks and snacks. Breakfast with fruit, juices, yogurt, breads, cake, eggs, simple and tasty coffee. The only thing I didn't like and found it absurd was having to pay R$8.0 per suitcase after check out. Returning to SĂŁo Paulo would be again hosted, as it has an excellent location.

The stay itself was good, Ibis Budget standard. Small room, with third bunk bed. Clean room, small shower (standard) and strong shower. The critical points were the buffet and breakfast space, the space does not accommodate the number of guests and there is no "schedule" management that improves a lot. It's not difficult, you go to have coffee and there's no place to sit. I've been to Ibis Budget Jardins, for example, and the space for coffee is much larger, reducing this problem. The buffet is also not that varied, with few options for the amount charged. Another critical point is the hotel's outsourced parking, there is only 1 valet to handle the financial aspects and store/collect cars in a 3-story parking lot. It's simply abusive, every time I needed to use the car, I had a long wait until I was attended to, it's a disregard for customers, especially because it's a paid service.

Excellent hotel location, small budget-style rooms more comfortable and fulfill their function. The points of attention would be check-in and parking. Even with 2 receptionists check-in is time-consuming, in my case that I arrived early there was only 1 attendant and 3 people in front. I had already checked in online and I believe that this process could be more agile. The third-party parking lot of the hotel, there is only 1 maneuverist to do the financial part and store/pick up the cars in a 3-story parking lot. Simply abused, every time I had to use the car, I had a long wait until being served, it is a disrespect with the customers, mainly because it is a paid service.

I stayed at the hotel to attend a seminar that took place at the Frei Caneca Convention Center, which is very close to it (nothing to complain about the location). The hotel is very modern, clean and well taken care of. However, although I know it fits into the "budget" line of the Ibis network, I expected more from the structure of the room and breakfast. It seemed more like a good hostel than a good hotel.
For what I had planned for those days, frustrated not having a decent space to be able to work with the minimum comfort (the table was too small and hardly fit my notebook) and the lighting also left to be desired. I worked sitting in bed with my computer on my lap. I understand that a hotel in the heart of a commercial/business area of SĂŁo Paulo can have a decent area for work or study. Besides, there was also no room to store the belongings.
The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel and does not involve the "rush time". It got messy and I had to fight to get a place to sit.
Outside of that, the bed and shower are excellent, which helps a lot to relax and have a restful sleep to prepare for the next day. All staff were also super attentive.

Stayed here for one night while in Sao Paulo. I arrived in the morning and was able to check in early. The staff was friendly and spoke good english The room was small, clean and, cozy. No toiletries or anything was provided as this is a low cost ibis brand. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of places to eat and drink near by. Paulista Ave is less than a ten minute walk. Overall, my stay here was good.

Good location, with parking, breakfast, paid separately. There is no lunch or dinner, but there are some machines at reception where you can buy something to eat. Very basic breakfast, compact room and bathroom. Food can be had at Shopping Frei Caneca, which is 2 blocks away.

I always stay at this Ibis, but this time it was different. From check-in to check-out, I was treated very well. Excellent and attentive staff. I wanted to give a special compliment to Giovana and Gustavo - they were wonderful to me. Apart from that, the room was impeccable and perfectly clean, like I have never seen before in this same hotel. I will be back soon, for sure!

Very clean location, close to everything that matters. We went to Ibirapuera, and we had a lot of fun. Very friendly reception staff and delicious shower. We loved it and will be back. My daughter loved the bed above ours. It was a party. Safe and responsive
