Hotel with great location. Standing at the shopping Ibirapuera. Managers, roomservice, spacious rooms, good service. Our room 513 well isolated, despite being near Congonhas airport we did not hear any noise.

We found the price of 76 reales well-salted breakfast. We went to the bakery Maria Filo, near the hotel.

Lack of proper signage to get (find) the pool on the mezzanine floor. Leaving the elevator we have to call an employee in the kitchen. Also has to walk around the restaurant with bathing clothes, embarrassing.

The Kids space was under maintenance during the end of the year holiday. Strange

Great location next to the Ibirapuera shopping mall. Even though it is close to Congonhas airport, the hotel is very quiet as it has reinforced glass. I am sensitive to noise and even so I had no difficulty sleeping.

We also really liked the service provided by Daiana at reception.

I have never slept so well in my life, the breakfast was great, with options for all kinds of people, both those who have some kind of intolerance and those who can eat anything. The hotel provided service 24 hours giving me a lot of tranquility as my hunger, they left snacks in the room for those who wanted to consume, there was a fridge bar full of various options and drinks for both adults and children, the lunch was very complete, with suggestions from the chef and menu very diverse, the food was a delight, and also provided very comfortable shoes, soft and clean towels, robes and etc. It's not the first time I'm staying here, much less the last. I'll be back whenever possible. I would also like to congratulate all the staff here at the hotel for their excellent work. And I would also like to congratulate the receptionists in particular, as they were all very careful, caring. My family would also like to congratulate especially Isabela (one of the receptionists) for all the affection and availability she offered us, she was great and we are very grateful.

I booked for being part of the Wyndham chain, but it is not 4 stars, it is a hotel of the 90s to which nothing has been added (maybe if in the executive tower, but it is much more expensive there).
In favour:
-Location steps from the shopping mall Ibirapuera, which I had to resort to for example because I did not have an adapter for the use plug in Brazil and when ordering it at the reception they told me: "we do not have because we give them and they do not return them", Also in the shopping change Dollars, because in the hotel do not.
Well soundproofed room, except the fridge bar that made an unbearable noise and I had to disconnect it
Full breakfast, pretty awful coffee for being Brazil
Elevators that work well and fast
-Bed, towels, shower water, OK
-Restaurant on the ground floor with good options
Against:
-Room with 90s bathroom, needs renovation Urgent
Tiny TV impossible to see something clearly from bed
-Only 10 active channels
-Being a hotel of an international chain they do not put even a complimentary bottle of water in the room (let alone coffee machine), only at check in they give you a "flake of water, only one.
-If you want to have a snack at 4pm you have to be content with a treat in a bar and a machine cafe, there is no place open at that time.

Bad value for money hotel. Expensive for what it offers, so-so breakfast, room service took 20 minutes to bring a beer and when it did it was hot, and what's worse, they wanted to charge me 80 reais for a borrowed glass of wine, I didn't want to buy it, just have some wine. Absurd, I've never seen that before. I had to drink it in a normal glass.

Stayed there last week for 2 days. Unbelievably bad. After my horror stay at Wyndham Tryp Paraíso I decided trying this one, being Wyndham diamond member. Forget about it. Same lack of quality and staff training. These aren’t hotels even near to international standards, except for charging high prices. Staff is useless, they never received any training on everything apparently. Too busy eating or staring into their smart phones (haha!) It’s like 5 year olds are playing hotel reception . Even a 5 year old would deliver a better result. They never heard of Wyndham status, try to sell you a free suite upgrade and when you finally explained to them (in flawless Portuguese) why it’s free and not to be questioned they already forgot it all. My good, where do they find staff like this? Useless!
Then you get to the cramped ’upgraded’ room: old, smelly, dirty-ish you’re in fir another shock. Absolutely state of the art when you live in 1962! More expensive than a bungalow in the Maldives for a cave like this? Fortunately I did day by day refundable bookings, so after 2 days I canceled and just chose a 50$ ibis around the corner. At least you know how these hotels look and they can’t disappoint you like a 250$ cave like this disgusting’Wyndham’ circus ‘hotel’. Stay far away from any Wyndham in São Paulo.

Super comfortable hotel, excellent service and well located. Adequate bathroom water pressure, clean rooms in excellent condition, varied breakfast with different carbohydrate, protein, fruit and sweet options. I will definitely be back on my next work trips.

At check-in we paid the difference in value for changing accommodation, around 600 reais, paid in cash. At check-out they informed us that the amount had not been paid. I didn't have a receipt. I asked them to check the reception cameras at the time of payment, so we were freed from the undue payment. Awkward situation. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

Our stay at the Wyndham Ibirapuera was awful. Right after our arrival, I've called the room service asking to borrow some cutlery and I was absolutely shocked that they would charge me R$ 17 / USD 3 for it. Besides that, the room was nice, staff was kind, breakfast was good. Besides the cutlery thing, everything else seemed to be ok, but only until the next day...

The next day: since the hotel has changed name recently, they were installing those huge letters that I'm sure you can see even from the space. And guess where our room (708 if I'm not mistaken) was located? Exactly, letters A and M were being fixed into our wall, the very same wall were our bed was. I could't work, I couldn't have a video-call because it seemed that the workers would break the walls anytime and invade our room. The noise was unbearable. And when I called the front desk, the lady in the other end of the line said "please wait a moment, I'll check if they are doing any kind of work", and this despite the fact that she couldn't barely hear me because of the noise... They offered me a place to work, free of charge as a "courtesy" (so kind of them, wasn't it - contains irony), and put me into an area which was under some stairs, with terrible light and also with a lot of noise (nothing compared to the noise from my room, though). And this happened for two days in a roll.

On the second day, after complaining again, I must say that they offered to change my room, but I had only one night left, it was around 5pm, the work was being concluded at 6pm and I didn't want to go through the rush of packing everything at that moment only for the last night...

In my opinion, they could never have put the rooms where the letters were being installed for rent. It was a true living/waking nightmare. Extremely disrespectful. Terrible choice they've made.

I don't intend to stay there never again.

The service of Jeferson Macedo in the reservation sector excellent. The silence
in the rooms counted a lot for my choice. Breakfast on last stay was wonderful with variety. The location close to the shopping facilitates too much for the customer.

We offer cleaning and tidying services for hotel apartments. However, there are companies that rent apartments to residents who, in this case, do not belong to the hotel. In these cases we are not responsible. My recommendation is to make a reservation directly at our reservation center +55 11 5091-2330, where we offer our best rates and payment methods. Best Regards Fabio Kazuo

We do not offer hotel transfer or shuttle services. In your specific case, I recommend that you make a reservation the day before your arrival with a no show guarantee. In this case, the apartment will be available when you arrive for your stay. Best Regards Fabio Kazuo

Here in Brazil we are obliged to use the standardization requested by the government, which is the type N model. We recommend that if you come from outside our country, you purchase adapters for this type of socket, as you will have this difficulty not only in the hotel but in any other place where you use the socket system. Best Regards Fabio Kazuo
