I stayed a few days in the female dorm and enjoyed it. The facilities are good. The rooms are big with a personal locker which charger. The staff is really nice and helpful. You get to know the other travellers quite fast during the free...More
The hostel was quite dead when we were there and the toilets were very dirty during our two night stay. Location was good though. Bit annoying that breakfast wasn't included and the beds were quite noisy when people moved
Response from garfolino, Gerente at LimeTime Hostels
Thanks for your comments. Sorry about the atmosphere, but this is the low season, so sometimes we get some not so fun guests, even thou the bar is open every night and we try to keep the vibe up as usual.
I stayed at LimeTime for one night while traveling through Sao Paulo. Despite my late check-in after 9:00PM, the staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. The accommodations fit the description and are great for somebody looking for a modest, affordable place to...More

Known for its Italian cantinas, Bela Vista is the place to go for great pasta. Also called “Bixiga”, the area is an important cultural part of the city, with the bohemian and the religious costumes of its inhabitants on full display. In August, the large Nossa Senhora Achiropita party fills the streets with a variety of Italian food and music. You can experience the liveliness of the neighbourhood walking
through the antiquities fair at Dom Orione Square or visiting the “Brazilian Caminito”, a version of the Argentinian street complete with colorful buildings. Bela Vista is also home to the traditional samba school “Vai-Vai”. Buy a ticket to a rehearsal and get a taste of what Carnival is like.
