The rooms are a little dated in this hotel - it has clearly not been redecorated for a number of years, but it does have many good factors in it's favour. The location is great - close to Paulista, close to the city centre, you...More
The hotel is near Av. Paulista and metro, 10 minuts on foot, moreover is on the airport service bus route to the international airport (35 Rxperson). The rooms are a little worn but big, with bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The breakfast was good,...More
Rooms in this hotel are a bit out-dated but large - our room consisted of a bed room, sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. In January 2012 they were building next door to the hotel so be prepared for some construction noises from early in the...More

Consolação lies between the old historical centre of the city and busy Paulista Avenue. It’s surrounded by the fancy Higienópolis neighbourhood, which makes it a very diverse place. The nightlife along Augusta Street offers visitors a variety of options to dine, dance and be entertained. Roosevelt Square, Consolação's main meeting point, is surrounded by fringe theaters and has become a popular skateboarding area. Right
across the street from the square is the elevated highway known as “Minhocão.” Though it is busy with car traffic all week, it shuts down every weekend and becomes a leisure spot right in the middle of the city.
