Neighbourhood
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a work trip. All I can say is BEST HOTEL in Sao Paulo. They set up a car to pick my fiance and I up. As her and I went and saw her family after work was over. I would like to thank Guilherme the hotel Navigator for an amazing time. From

I have been a coming back to this hotel since mid-2000's when in Sao Paulo (I often also stay at the InterContinental close by and sometimes at other international hotels in Morumbi). Do like the location of the hotel right in the Jardins but service is going downhill and I am

Dear guest, Thank you for your comments. The Renaissance São Paulo, as many other hotels, fix it's rates in dollars and charge it in Brazilian Reais. We always use the exchange rate of the check-in date, using the published tourism rate. Regarding your comments about discrimination, this is a really serious matter for us. Our hotel is proud and honored to be awarded with several Diversity prizes in Brazil and within Marriott International. I can assure you that all our associates are engaged in this matter to make our community a better place and free of any kind of discrimination. I hope that you can come back to our hotel in a near future so we can show you the true Renaissance experience. Sincerely, Diego Sanchez | Night Manager

Dear guest, We are very glad to hear all of these compliments from someone who must to have visited many hotels worldwide. We are so proud of how our hotel is well known by its customer service, our ambassadors work very hard and with a lot of passion to make each guest’s a unique experience. George is very happy to know he contributed to make your stay a great one. We hope you had the chance to enjoy the hotel features even though you had to spend a lot of your time working. Did you try any of our Brazilian specialties in our restaurant? The chefs are always creating new recipes using local products. We also hope we have the opportunity to welcome you again soon. On your next trip, reserve some time to also talk to our navigator at the Lobby floor, they always have many good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to go in the area. Seee you next time! Diego Sanchez | Night Manager

Dear Mr. Luis, Indeed, most part of our team at the club lounge is working in there since its opening. This is one of the points that make this space so special. The team work so well together and know all of the customers, it’s like being home away from home. They are very happy to know you feel appreciated, and part of our club family! I can see all of the names you mentioned are from our breakfast team, do you also have the chance to come for happy hour? Every day, from 5:30pm until 8pm we serve food and drinks. But in case you don’t get back to the hotel before the happy hours ends, the space is opened until 10pm with some snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. The night team will be happy to serve you too. See you soon! RAQUEL BEGOSSO DELIGHTED TO SERVE MANAGER

Dear Catherine, thank you for your question. We have a company that works with us called Transportation Desk. The charge for the pick up service at the Guarulhos International Airport is R$280,00 and you can charge it to your room bill. In order to reserve it, please, just send and e-mail to hotel.saopaulo@renaissancehotels.c0m with your flight information. Best regards, Leandro Luna | Night Manager

Wi-Fi is complimentary in the lobby (password is provided at the front desk or Lounge Bar). Wi-Fi in the room is charged (approximately US$ 8/day). I suggest you contact the hotel if you want them to provide airport pickup. A medical congress was held there in May and a travel agency-provided car costed approximately US$ 80 (with bilingual driver). You can also use taxi or bus shuttle services, both booked at the airport. Uber is also an option. The hotel provides tour services, but you can also contact a travel agency directly. Actually, the need for an agency will depend on what you would like to know in São Paulo.
