The hotel's check in time is 12 noon. We got there around 9am and was told by the gentleman at the front desk that we should come back at noon. The room would be ready by then. Not a problem. We came back at exactly noon and the same person told us it would take at least another 40 minutes...

As from 31st August the reception has been demolished and now is under construction. So you enter the hotel trough a bypass which includes a temporary reception. According to sign in elevator the new reception is going to look modern but it doesn't state when work is going to be finished Great change for an old fashion reception

Accor, more attention in this hotel! Air conditioning isn't working (room 135) and six door closet in a hotel room? Why? Everything is very old to hotel near main avenue in São Paulo. Otherwise, team in lobby works very well and room clean too.

The hotel has an old reception desk, but some rooms are new. It's comfortable, nothing fancy. Good bath in a small bathroom, they need to renew the towels though. There's a good closet, a mini bar, a desk and a flat tv with cable. They serve a good breakfast with fruits, breads, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, regular coffee, juices and...

Staying in Jardins

Neighbourhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
