Stayed a night at Melia on a stop over trip to Santiago. Plus: centrally located and secure; Minus: room was smaller than expected and pretty basic. Shower pressure not very strong. Breakfast not unforgettable. Personnel was nice and welcoming. I would look for other options next time.

Great staff. The line to check in was short, and the staff was very friendly. Requests and questions were handled professionally. Internet was strong and steady. The only difficulty was that I was in a party of three and we were on different floors, but the way access works, you can only go to your own floor, so meeting up... More

Location is excellent at the heart of paulista Rooms are clean and spacious except the bathroom, however they also have to change the sofas which are worn out. Staff are friendly , however sometimes their reception staff don't offer solutions

Reception assistance was kind but not super efficient. Room clean but not so spacious; amenities of average level. Good and abundant breakfast. Restaurant (sunday night) with limited menu. Price per night is OK

I have been travelling for work to Sao Paulo now for nearly 17 years and never have I felt the need to write a review of a hotel. Safe hotel, but below global standards. Good central area and busy. Food was good, fresh, but general amenities were very mediocre. Rooms facing Paulista were very noisy. The condition of the rooms is old but sufficiently maintained.

The hotel is very fine, compared to the ones that I'm used to stay. I didn't have any big issues, excepted by an issue with a fee for Internet that was canceled during checkout. Breakfast nice, good internet, clean rooms, good bathroom.

I frequently stay at Melia properties because they are consistently good. This hotel was no exception. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great food, etc. I had one mishap with room service but that can happen anywhere. And it was probably a language barrier issue which can only be expected. I would absolutely stay here again.

The lobby and other facilities are in much better shape than the rooms. E.g. the carpet was worn out and overall the room was outdated. The change of floor material to wood etc. would be a great improvement. However, my room was quite big and the bed was comfortable. I also liked the breakfast, because there were plenty to choose... Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
