Well, it's a good hotel just for short stay.
The breakfast is good, with much options (fruits, yogurt, breads, cereals, etc.).
But thinking about the price I expected it would be more comfortable and new (the air conditioner was noisy and was broken).

Nice crew. The bedroom is comfortable but is a smoking hotel. The bedroom is very clean, no noise. The area is central but dangerous at night and at the day need be careful. Excellent price. Breakfast is included.
This excellent hotel is in the city center of São Paulo, near every points to shopping, work, with good trasports (subway, bus, taxi)and friendly staff.
Very good service, with a great breakfast. Renovated rooms and very clean.
Friendly staff and very good service. Breakfast average. Nice size room and new renovated.
Little bit noisy in the room when you open the window. The staff was very helpful with everything from tips for restaurants to how to get to the destination.

Part of the historical centre of São Paulo, República was once a fancy residential area. República Square holds a craft and food fair every weekend, right by the subway entrance. Nearby, one of the neighbourhood’s main attractions is the Italian Building, where you can see the city from the 42nd floor. The Copan Building also deserves a close look, with 1,160 apartments and a huge floor area that
inspired filmmakers and other artists. To get the feeling of São Paulo in the beginning of the 1900s, visit the Municipal Theatre – you will be amazed by its architecture. The area also features several galleries. República is a great area to explore during daytime, but use caution if visiting alone at night.
