This hotel is located close to the main street of Sao Paulo, but not on it so it makes it pretty quiet. Room is very well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helped with touristic information. There is no single vegetable available in the breakfast (may be a Brazilian thing in general) and the offer is the same every day.... More

This could have been a poor hotel if not for the staff who are all a saving grace of the hotel. On our first night, we had to transfer to another room because of malfunctioning aircon. On the second night, there was a scheduled power interruption which they knew 2 days before but they did not inform us when we... More

The hotel have great location near the city main street and other attractions. It is very safe for night and we asked to extend the check out time and we got it without any problem and fare price. The wi fi is free but very low and some connections issues.

Located very close to Paulista Av, the hotel is a no-frills hotel, completely different from others of the same chain. It`s business proposition is validated by almost no service but a large room, with a very good bed and bathroom. Breakfast isvery reasonable. Its a cost-effective.

The hotel apartments are well located, close to all city attractions and good restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, however the breakfast variety could be upgraded. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel decor is depressing and could do with an upgrade, especially the lobby.

I went there in June 2014 (when world cup), and I had a really good experience in this hotel because of its location (near the Paulista avenue), breakfast was nice, room comfortable, modern installations. I really recommend this hotel for all occasions.

Neighbourhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
