Just going to keep this simple

Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great location. Clean rooms. Nice pool. Decent gym.

Stayed here twice and staff remembered us from before. Nice touch.

Only slight dissatisfaction was they don't refill your coffee stash each mornings like most hotels and when I asked for a little bit of milk they said it would be chargeable. Crazy

Would stay again.

There is ledge at the entrance door about 4" high. While walking in I was distracted and fell, bruising, scraping and cutting my knee. Really an ugly sight and Painfull. Staff was really helpful. If this happened in USA they would have a real big liablity problem. Shower pressure Bad, also the shower stall needs to have the mildew on the tile removed. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Dinner another story. The dinner cook cannot make a toasted ham & cheese sandwich or an omelette.

This hotel is very old which is probably why it’s cheaper than most other hotels in the area. Good location, just one block off Avenida Paulista. Noisy room, the balcony door doesn’t close properly. Large room. Ok bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t especially good. Good enough for one night, but I wouldn’t come back.

Right by the vibrant Avenida Paulista you can’t fault the location. Rooms are decent size and housekeeping service is excellent. The hotel had seen better days though with stained wall paper and poorly maintained electrical sockets and fixtures. Holes left on walls unfilled and little flies in bathroom despite extractor fan that sounds like a motorbike. Only one English speaking staff at front desk who’s not always on duty which makes it very difficult for international travellers.

We stayed 7 nights and the place met our expectations.
Yes, the building and its furniture could do with an update but, considering the cost of accommodation in São Paulo, it’s not a bad place.
Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and served either indoors or on the balcony.
Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.
Wi-fi is great. Cable TV had channels in both English and Portuguese.
Location is particularly good, safe and very convenient for public transport.
We recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Everything they say is true. Yes it’s old. Yes it’s stuck in something of a time warp. Yes it’s out-dated. But they have got so much right about what it is to be an hotel. It’s just not all got lost behind empty style.
The rooms are spacious and everything works. There’s a great roof terrace and small pool which is open all the time. The breakfast is very good indeed and free. And perhaps they won’t thank me for telling you this but they gave me a wickedly early check-in and didn’t balk at giving me a late check-out the following day. Thanks to Emelis and Paulo. You do your employer a great credit! It’s about genuine hospitality, not meaningless frills!

i was there with a Friend, good location, but is so expensive when you compare in the neighborhood. Good Room with a desktop to work, internet good, not the best place, but for a business trip is great.
near of Av. Paulista and 30 minutes away from the Congonhas airport. If you take a double room, the beds is too small.

You might be lucky and find yourself a room of adequate comfort. Then again, you might not. It's "hit or miss" with this hotel. One thing remains constant regardless of the room --the mist-hole water spritzer they call a shower. Pressure is so gentle from this tickler you'd think Sao Paulo had a water crisis, or a kink in the hotel's water main. Internet: The "free-internet" they provide you with is a joke. It's like sharing 1 internet connection with the entire hotel. Card mania: In this hotel, you need an access card for just about everything --from the front door, to the lights, to the elevator, and probably soon for the fire escape, the toilet seat, and your fly zipper. Breakfast: The food is edible but make sure you get there before the flies do. And DON'T drink the juice; it's concentrated and diluted with tap water. In other words, YOU WILL GET SICK. BYOS: Bring your own shampoo. Unless Brazilian bulk-quality hydrogenated post-restaurant-waste grade palm oil sounds good in your hair. Pool: The hotel advertises an outdoor pool. In actuality, it could be called a large jacuzzi.
Assuming you can find a room without any faults (and they do exist), you will have a relatively good sleep. Furthermore, the rooms are quite clean and a mini-bar fridge is provided. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for it's central location but don't fall for the hype. There are better hotels around.

This was really a pleasant surprise. Have been staying in this neighborhood for many years, at more costly/expensive properties. This hotel is a find. Nice rooms, friendly staff, good amenities, and a great location. What's not to like. If you want fine dining ... walk out the door ... Paulista Avenue is a block away.

When you pay for one night a price which equals 1/3 of an avarage Brazilian salary, you really expect much more of a city hotel in São Paulo.
The hotel is totally outdated, with furniture literally breaking down and the armchair so dirty and sticky, that first I had to put a towel on top before sitting.
The blankets are old and itching. There are homeless people staying at the Avenida Paulista around the corner with better blankets.
The breakfast is simple and expensive.
I don't recommend the Transamerica Executive Paulista at all.
In general, hotels are very expensive in São Paulo, but this one is really also very bad and needs to be updated urgently.
Have a look on the pictures...
