Slick run hotel. Rooms clean and adequate. Well located. Breakfast OK. The staff are helpful in arranging tours and taxis and all speak English to a fair standard. Bicycles are available to hire. This hotel represents reasonable value for money. There is a wide range of alternatives including a couple of new builds very close.

We booked for two nights the standard double room with fan for 20$/night (--> book on agoda, the price is lower). The room and its cleaningness were average and the fan was ok for October. The receptionist and the owner ('old' woman, who sits next to the reception, covered in a blanket and yelling at her guests about tours) and...

The only place / people I've found in Myanmar who are not welcoming, helpful or friendly. Overpriced and poor service. Yes the location is good, but their focus is money money money. Not a warm atmosphere at all.

I would stay there again the 20 dollar price is right the rooms excellent Sadly we called staff to give fresh sheets on arrival as they had been used better food for one third the price can be obtained at many places in town. Breakfast pancakes need the oil wiping off before eating Knowing the above matters the hotel has...

Unfortunately it was the worse hotel I've stayed during my 3 months trips in Asia. The owner is the most rude person I've ever seen and the receptionist tried to charge me extra money (almost 2 times) over the price of the breakfast. I complained immediately and I paid the normal fare. Do not stay here, I'm sure there is...

Not great first impressions with the owner sitting in the entrance shouting her orders around and over the next 3 days of our stay she turns out to be quite rude as well. Rooms are ok, shower is the best thing and I'm sure the bed had bugs as I was bitten by something. We had only a basic room...

First off, Do not get a massage here. For 10$ We were taken into a large storage room that I'm pretty sure was actually where the staff sleeps. Then I picked the least dirty of all the mattresses they had on the ground to lay on for the next hour while getting a light and inexperienced massage. The hotel itself...

extraordinary friendly and helpful stuff. Nice rooms and good breakfast. The owners offered us a dinner "Shan-style", which was absolutely delicious and is highly to recommend. The stuff gave us very good advice, what to do in the area and was helpful all the time. Good choice to stay!

This was the best value for money we've had on this trip so far. We visited in the rainy season, meaning with the cooler air we didn't need an air conditioned room only a fan. The room looked very well maintained and came with a mosquito net. Staff spoke great English and were extremely helpful. You could book everything via the...

Rooms were good & had mosquito nets and private washrooms (although they were nothing special but had all necessary amenities). Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of food- you get juice and coffee/tea, pancakes or eggs, toast, cookies and fruit. It was also a good location. The thing that makes it average (and my least favourite place I stayed in...
