We loved our three night stay here. A little bit of a trek to town, but there's tuk-tuk drivers and free usage of bikes for that. This place is all about the service from Kun and his family. Breakfast is something different each day - we had spring rolls, soup and omelette whilst we were there, and all were some... More

Spent 3 nights here to see Battambang and really enjoyed my stay. It has all the basics you need and Mr Hun and his family are very friendly and welcoming. His wife makes you a local fresh breakfast each morning with tea and I would opt for a room with aircon although a fan is available in others. Only negative... More

A peaceful location a 10 minute Tuk tuk ride from Battambang city centre. Lovely chalet in owners ( Kun) courtyard. Breakfast was home cooked Kymer fare and different each day. Kun was kind, helpful and friendly. He recommended a brilliant Tuk tuk driver called Bun who made our 2 days in Battambang come to life with trips to places we... More

This place was great. It is a bit out of the centre but offers Free use of bicycles, has the best tuk tuk driver in Cambodia on call (Bodan...pronounced Bowrain), the owner will bend over backwards to help. The rooms are neat and clean and you get a fruit delivery each evening after dinner. The breakfasts vary with a range... More

We booked our room spontaneously, only 8 hours before we arrived. Keep in mind that this is probably only possible if you traveling in off season as we did. We came with the boat from Siem Reap (it's worth the trip, especially in off session - even if you are experienced in SEA travelling) and asked for a pick up... More

We stayed 2 nights and found the room was enough. The best part of our stay was Mr Kin and his family - they were very friendly, breakfast cooked to order (typically Cambodian), gave us fruit and water at night, lent us bicycles to go to town (but at night, take a flashlight because it is a bit dark), and... We stayed with Kun and his family for two nights, and really enjoyed it. Big, bright and clean rooms at very good value for $15. Showers are hot and with decent pressure. The included breakfasts are fantastic, really tasty, and each night someone has brought us fresh fruit and cold water bottles. We've borrowed the free bicycles each day just... More

I stayed for two nights and Mr. Kun and his family could not have been more welcoming. From the helpful emails before I arrived, to the prompt pickup by the tuktuk driver he used, to the evening fruit snacks, to the thoughtful snack they prepared for me the day I left because I left before breakfast, I enjoyed my time... We stayed here a couple nights. Great place. Every morning the couple who owned the place would make a delicious breakfast. They would drop off fruit for us every night. And bikes were free to use. Very friendly place. If you come during the dry season we would recommend paying for the AC as it does get pretty hot in... More

Mr kin and family are lovely so welcoming, we really felt at home and didn't want to leave! The wifi was the best we have had in Asia. The free breakfast was different everyday and delicious everyday, it was all traditional Khmer. We had a tuk tuk driver named Hout who was brilliant so friendly always on time, he took... More
