The room was huge and clean but the ventilation was poor. Granted we only had a fan room but in all the other places we've stayed the fan does keep the air cool, but not this place. We only spent one night here as it was too hot to sleep in. Staff were very friendly though and went out of...

Didn't stay here but had a massage - I actually feel stiff the next day, obviously not what you want. The room was really old and the bed sheets and change of clothes for the massage had a really musty smell. $8 is over priced for this massage.

If you pay only 10 dollars per night, then you get what you pay for. Staff okay. Rooms fairly clean. Did have an ant-infestation. TV, wifi and aircon worked well. Matrass not great and sheets not so clean. Okay location if you rent a scooter. Sometimes strange atmosphere between staff and guests.

Its very cheap and I can see why, the atmosphere isn't great either if I'm honest. It's pretty rundown but it's not a bad little place. The rooms quite big and I get a Tv fan and wifi in a nice little area, just a shame about noisy people down my hallway

Our tuk tuk driver take us there. We ask for a room with fan and internet, as we had to plan our trip. They give us a big room, the bathroom could need a scrub but was ok for the 6usd. I tried to take a shower but only came cold water, my boyfriend had to go down because the...

Pretty run down rooms, only one light worked in my room, but cheap and spacious rooms.fridge, a/c etc with big bathroom. Saw the first bath in Cambodia here, although the hand held shower head extended as far as my arm! You have to walk a 10 minutesor get a moto into 2 street. Quite a way from bus station

If you are looking for a non-hostel night, this is a good choice. Private, huge bathroom, gift of water and some amenities, and quiet. It's a little out of the main historic area, but near the walking bridge and governor's mansion. They will arrange a pick up to and from your mode of transport for free and have excellent tuk-tuk...

We stayed for two nights, our room had air con, fridge & TV which was great. The bathroom was dated and had mosquitos and we weren't given any toilet paper. The shower head was low on the wall so you had hold it up if you wanted a shower. Location is okay but in the dry season the walk over...

I booked in for two nights but my friend and I decided to leave battanbang early as it is very quite and not much going on in town. We paid in advance and the hotel very kindly reimbursed us for the second night we didn't stay. The rooms were clean good if you are travelling on a budget for one...

After reading some of the reviews on here me and my friend were uncertain what to expect so I can only write my experience of this hotel. Sure the person in the lobby wasn't all that friendly but he wasn't unfriendly either. Just a bit quiet. The room I had was big enough, clean enough and well equipped. Everything worked...
