We wanted to be up in the canyon and to have a view. The hotel delivered both. The garden is very nice, even in fall, and you hear the river from the rooms. The architecture is very interesting. The common rooms and our room were dark with uncomfortable furniture. The bed was fine but chairs were not. You are given...

Once you have found the hotel (it is down a small dirt road and the signage is not easily visible from the highway), you will arrive at a cute boutique hotel. It is located on a calm site off a very busy highway. The hotel is very cosy, the staff are very friendly, although only the manager spoke English. They...

We had a super relaxing weekend getaway here, and everything was great when we went last year. The food, the natural pool and lounge area, and the service. We loved it! The staff even helped my husband to plan his proposal, and paid special attention to all the details.

I had been to Altiplanico Easter Island and Puerto Natales, and had loved both places. When we arrived in their Maipo hotel, I thought I would love it just the same. The hotel in itself is simply gorgeous and the rooms are large and beautiful. But... first : the beds were not good, and our mattress needed to be changed,...

We stayed at Hotel Altiplanico in mid-March and enjoyed it quite a bit. We were the only ones at the hotel and found the place to be very quiet and relaxing. Beds were comfortable, pool was refreshing, hot tub was spectacular (under the stars with a river below), and the food was good. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Sol...

There are so many things wrong with this place I hardly know where to begin. I was given to understand from the hotel's website and its high price that it is an upscale property. In fact it is rustic/shabby. It has a tiny pool with chairs with stained cushions. Other than the pool, there are no facilities and the grounds...

Have just spent two nights in this quirky little hotel; it is not simply a B&B. It is delightful, directly overlooking the Maipo river. The gardens are full of fl owers and herbs. There is a small outside pool. Sol, the managers, speaks very good English and everything is of a high quality. It has the best food we have...

What a beautiful hostel!! The setting is just gorgeous - amazing scenery of the surrounding mountains, the river & flowers. The hotel has a bohemian & chilled feel to it. The facilities are great - fantastic pool & hot tub, which is a must! Our room was clean & spacious. The staff were friendly & helpful! The food was delicious!...

One of my travel partners is allergic, at when we told that to the hotel, they contacted us every day about the meal so it could be adjusted to that person. And it was wonderful to wake up at the foot of the Andes and look up and see those amazing mountains. An exception in Chile is, that they really...
