Good location, good breakfast. Not wonderful but overall it's not bad. Very friendly staff, no problem although we don't speak Spanish. Clean place. Wifi access around the pool, enough for Skype call.

WE SLEPT ON THE STREET DURING THE NIGHT BECAUSE OF THEM. We called the hotel before flying from Santiago to tell them we would arrive late because our flight was late and that we were planning to arrive around 12.30 am. In the description they wrote that they are 600 mt from the central plaza and there is the wrong...

We stayed here in July 2015. We arrived by bus at 11:30 at night which meant we had to walk 15 minutes to the hotel with our two small children and luggage on cobblestone roads and dirt paths. That was really more our poor planning than the hotel's! If possible, get there in daylight to get a cab! The hotel...

It is ok. It is one of the cheapest options in San Pedro de Atacama, but still around 170 USD / night room. Quality? ok.. in terms of how clean? the ladies did't put too much effort. so I would say 6/10. It is very well located (10/10) it has breakfast (8/10). We went there in July and they told...

I stayed this weekend in San Pedro, by myself. I am not a backpacker so it was new for me to stay in a hostel and I was somehow concerned. It was quite good. I took one room with private bathroom at the end of the hostel. The room was small, but quiet and clean. The water during the day...

If you want to freeze at night (heating only available from 19h to 23h), not to able to open your suitcase (room too small), have to ask for towels and soap and nevertheless pay 70 euros after bargaining (normal price is 85 euros if you stay just one night), then you have to stay at Don Sebastian ... you are...

San Pedro de Atacama offers accommodation ranging from backpackers' hotels for a few bucks a night to all-inclusive luxury spa places for several hundred a night. The Hostal Don Sebastian is mid-priced at something like $90 a night for a double. Rooms are very clean but quite basic. En-suite facilites (for us) were a small shower room. As we travelled...

We stayed there twice as the hotel offered a good price/performance ratio. The first room was nice, newly renovated with a strong smell of paint, the second about to be renovated. Room size was rather smallish, with a closet for storage and a desk, and a small bathroom with shower which aired to the outside. There is free wifi on...
