This is a nice, reasonably-priced hotel by Chilean standards. Staff spoke good English and went out of their way to help with tours, transport, and any other requests. The only draw back is the location. It is a 15-20 minute walk into town, which can be very long on a hot day. They have their own restaurant on site, so...

We were two couples spending a week in this hotel, booked through a travel agency. The rooms are individual wooden chalets with rudimentary and low quality amenities. Staff - especially Monica - are friendly and seek to be helpful. The location is a 15-20 min walk by a dusty (dark and cold by night) street. The restaurant offers smallish portions...

This was my second visit to San Pedro, as I decided to re-visit the area with a family member following a trip to Tahiti and Easter Island. I vividly recall my first time staying at this hotel, and it was very clear to me that this would be the right choice to make for my return visit. The location, on...

The hotel is a little far from the main street of San Pedro, and there´s no light in some parts of the way. You can go walking or biking (you can rent at the hotel). The room is spacious, the bed is nice, the bathroom is spacious but depending of the time you take your shower, there was an oscilation...

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the rooms are quite spacious. The bed was comfy and the dinner was pretty good. But that's about where the good things to say run out. We booked the room in person with the manager, who was very friendly and helpful. But then a week later when we checked in for three nights he...

The hotel grounds are not bad and it is a calm place but it is way too far away from the centre of town (20 min walk) and the walk is not an easy one with several isolated roads, crossing a river without a bridge and no street lightning so at night it is completely dark and spooky (specially for...

Rooms were very simple. Beautiful hotel grounds. Super friendly staff. The guy who makes breakfast in the morning makes delicious eggs. There was free breakfast each morning from 7:30-10:30am (simple buffet). Perfect distance from town (0.8 miles, 20 min walk). Rooms are very simple, nothing fancy, but they worked. The hotel arranged a ride to/from Calama for us. Overall, it...

The hotel is in a great location and has a wonderful view. The rooms are good but there was no safe for example. The pool is very nice. We totally disliked the service. The restaurant is very LOUD! there is no door between the kitchen and the eating area so you can hear everything, foremost the cook singning to his...

My friend and I checked in and, unfortunately, had to leave almost immediately after due to a family emergency. The staff was extremely sensitive to our situation and stayed late so that we could use their phone/internet. While we reserved the room for 3 nights, they only charged us for 1 because of our situation when they could have easily...

Located a 20-25 minute walk outside of town. Rooms spacious but spartan and there is a nice small pool and sunbathing area. Food is poor served in a large souless restaurant by indifferent staff. Last morning early breakfast was atrocious with hardly anything on offer.
