We were travelling down in the car to the Lake District and wanted to stop off in Colchagua to visit some vineyards on the way. A friend who lives there recommended we stay at Hotel Casa de Campo. It was such a delight! Firstly, they are super dog-friendly, and let our dog stay in the room with us. We stayed...

Nice views, decent rooms, good breakfast. Major complaint was a frid g stocked with greatly overpriced items, which in itself is not really a problem, since you don't have to use those things from the fridg. The real complaint was after returning to our room a couple hours after check in we found a bottle of wine and some peanuts...

Stunning property with superlative views, wonderful large rooms and a breakfast to die for. All somewhat blighted by its proximity to the main road (and heavy haulage vehicles). Suspect weekends would prove quieter but such a shame as we loved every other aspect of our stay here.

We visited Casa de Campo in February, 2010 on our last trip to Chile. It was the place that we most enjoyed staying at in 2010 and so decided to make a return visit this time. We were not disappointed - it is still a great place to stay and good value. If you are in the area stay here....

I don't think there was anything I didn't like about this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had a television, which I didn't turn on, and a mini refrigerator, which I didn't open! It was too tempting to just sit by the pool or in one of several shay patios with a book. The people who own/run the hotel are...

What a wonderful surprise to find this place! Ended up staying an extra night it was so exactly what we were looking for. Lovely property with rustic charm done properly. The rooms over looking the vineyards, great outdoor sitting area with a huge fireplace and delicious breakfast (fresh made strawberry juice!). I recommend this place without a moment hesitation, and...

A litle bit outside of Santa Cruz you can find the Hotel casa de Campo - a gem in the countryside. Spacious rooms with a great view of part of the Colchagua Valley. Peace and tranquility - perfect to relax. A delicious breakfast attended by friendly female service staff - and last not least you get to use linen napkins....

The designation 'hotel' is confusing as this is not a 'hotel' it is a B&B with a nice view, you don't get any of the usual 'hotel' amenities. On arrival there was no assistance from the receptionist, who was glued to his laptop and listening to music through headphones, (no help with luggage, no map, to recommendation forthcoming). You have...

The style of the hotel was just what I love; large bedrooms, really comfortable beds, showers with lashings of really hot water, stoves lighting in the reception, dining and relaxation areas, the beautiful flowers; aromatic lilac, clematis, geranium, clivia and many more bursting with blooms all over the verandas. The breakfast bar had lots of choices and the breakfast staff...

Stayed at this hotel from Sept. 20 to 22nd. The owners were very lovely, the room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival which was a treat. They also made reservations for our wine tours. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous and the ambiance of the hotel and grounds was superb....
