This hotel is easy enough to find as it is right off the interstate. When we checked in, Scott mentioned that I had reserved a smoking room (oh no!) but thankfully he was able to juggle some rooms and get us into a non-smoking room. This was an error on my part (be careful when making reservations online as I...

My wife and I stay at this hotel on my doctor visits to UAB. Always clean, staff is courteous and accommodating to our needs. The continental breakfast area is always clean with plenty of items to choose from. I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.

We checked out two days early and the hotel refuses to give us our money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL! I have been passed around by multiple people at their corporate office, a rude hotel clerk and getting no traction. NO manager to speak with and customer service is poor. STAY AWAY.

Checked us in knowing that all the bathtubs in the hotel had been reglazed earlier that day and the day before. Very pungent odor burned our eyes and made us nauseous. Completely ruined our evening since we had to repack and find another hotel.

They have smoking rooms - if you smoke. Decor is outdated and needing some updates. Room as outdated but did have flat screen TV - lampshade needed to be replaced. Not in a great area..limited food places close by. If you are looking for a place to stay that is reasonable it is not a bad deal...but don't expect the...

On the way to Florida, stopped for the night. Clean and quiet. Two Queen beds which were very comfortable. Shower was good, but sink was pretty far from mirror. Adequate breakfast. Good coffee. Very plain scrambled eggs. Needs salsa.

Visited Birmingham recently for a conference in nearby Homewood. Hotel is less than a mile off 65 and a 5-10 minute drive to Downtown Birmingham for those wanting to take advantage of the Civil Rights Museum and sites. Free Breakfast, Free wi-fi, free parking (my favorite), clean rooms, and affordable rates will make this an enjoyable stay for someone spending...

Had to find a place on the fly to rest overnight. I had never stayed at a Comfort Inn so I decided to give it a try. The check in was non-eventful and quick. The room was nice, I especially liked the pillows. They afforded me a really nice sleep. The one thing I reported is the ice machine needs...

We stayed one night on 12/21/15. The room was a little small but adequate. It included a small refrigerator and a microwave. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Although the room was in need of a little paint in some places, it was overall very nice for the price. The hotel offered a great discount through...

This was a comfortable room for a few nights stay. We had an average sized king room with a love seat. There was small wardrobe versus a closet. We thought perhaps the room had been converted from a 2 bed capacity to small suit and sacrificed the closet. The bathroom was smallish - not much sink counter space to hold...
