Not a nice hotel. We booked this hotel out from review / pictures at the booking company web side, but the room we was presented upon arrival was not like the pictures at all. The room was dank, damp, full of mosquitos and not clean at all. Staff was not very helpful nor polite and we ended up leaving the...

I was not very happy with our stay at the hotel. The manager Nick, who speaks English very well was welcoming and offered us a very good rate. At first glance the room that we took looked OK, but when we actually moved in there is was very apparent that it was in need of a good cleaning. The carpet...

The staff is very friendly and helpful but speaks no English. The manager nick speaks English and is always ready to help. I called ahead of time and organised an airport pickup for a reasonable price and it saved me a lot of hassle. The hotel is in a relatively quiet part of lijiang and close enough to the old...

The quaint old architecture is what's charming about Sina Hotel in the quiet part of Lijiang old town. The cabbie from the airport called Sina Hotel for directions but still dropped us off at the wrong gate which is at opposite end of the hotel! After calling Sina myself this time, the hotel asst. manager Ms. Yen drove up in...

My sister and I recently stayed at Sina hotel in Lijiang old town. First, I have to say that the location is almost perfect. This is because it is relatively close to one of the old town gates. So, if you are coming from the airport, you can take a taxi to the gate, and then let Sina hotel know...

This hotel is excellent. The best part of it is the great service from Nick. He treats you like a brother and he even drove be to the airport when a taxi was hard to find. Room was big and very stylishly designed. Location is excellent about 200 metres inside the old city - not far to walk but no...

My first time to travel to China. Through recommendation, stayed at Sina Hotel. Very hospitable and warm reception. I am wheelchair bound and the hotel put me into a very convenient and nicely decorated room with large bathroom for easy access of wheelchair. I am gratified to the management for their kind consideration. Very impressed with the open garden and...

very well appointed with excellent services, ancient city with ancient strures and complimented with well appointed room. Great for couples especially seeking a nice and serene ambience. Only shortfall is that the hotel does not have a restaurent withiprior arrangement n but breakfast could be serves unless prior arrangement are made.

I will try share our impression about Sina Hotel. It's an old house, typically in Lijiang style, more hotel than a inn, due to its big size. Location is good, close to taxi station and old town center. Rooms have good decoration but are not so clean or well maintained. Bedding is very comfortable so we slept very well even...

Ideal location. On the edge of Old Town, away from the hustle and bustle yet within walking distance to everywhere. Small and cozy with nice grounds. A gazebo overlooking a river which runs along one side of the hotel is stocked with Chinese tea-making facilities for guests. We enjoyed having a cup of tea when we return from our day's...
