We booked this place late as we'd had to rearrange travel plans, so it was one of the few options left to us. On that assessment, it wasn't so bad. The room was fairly large, if a bit dark. The bedding was confusing, we had a double bed, but with two single duvets on it. Part of the reason for...

Location is fab and the beach promenade is lovely! Rooms are ok, but the air conditioner sucked: you cannot adjust the temperature yourself, but you have to ask from the reception to change it. It was blazing hot in the room and even though we asked to lower the temperature, it didn't really help. Otherwise rooms are cozy and very...

My husband and I stayed here for five nights. We do not usually stay in 'resort like' places as we do not like package deals but prefer to do our own thing. We stayed here as the hotel was offering a good rate and half board if we booked early. The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short...

I travelled with my partner, we're both aged 26. It was a brithday present for him from me, and we stayed for 1 week. We arrived first at Split airport and caught the Croatia Airlines shuttlebus to Split Harbour (a small fee to pay, available to passengers from all airlines). This took about an hour. When at the Harbour we...

Friendly staff (best so far in Croatia), excellent food, big rooms. Located superbly. Spent couple of days here, and moved to bigger 4* hotel next door, Elaphusa. If I would choose between the two, Borak would be my preference. Somehow, felt more relaxed and satisfied than in Elaphusa. WiFi is pretty weak, typical problem in most of Croatian hotels
